It might seem trivial to someone who installs these frequently, but for someone like me who has never done this and will likely never do another one, some instructions would have been nice. There are 4 baggies of nuts and bolts and rubber dampers, and a few folding metal arms and a bracket with a built in level... But there aren't any instructions. And the video here on Amazon is just a collection of the exact same still images that are seen in the listing. So, if you've never installed one of these before, you better be good at guessing. Other than that, all the pieces and parts seem fine. You just better hope you put them all together the way they were intended. Good luck if you have no clue (like me). ** I should add that it really wasn't difficult to figure it out, and th installation was simple. The bracket is solid and will do an excellent job of holding our unit. I added two stars for that, but cannot give a 5 star review due to the lack of a simple set of instructions for people who might not find it easy to figure out. **
