Before it arrived, I received an email from the seller with the tracking numbers, and asked if anything was damaged or missing to please contact her. I think she was expecting problems, probably from previous orders and she was trying to head the problem off at the pass. Well, my order came & one of the pieces had holes in the wrong place. I email her (only inside Amazon & not by reply mail and so no attaching photos) & she sent me the correct piece in about a week. It was painful but I got it done. Also, I think she is in Asia because everything was a one day turn around & emails usually came in the evening. Assembly was painful - imagine IKEA minus 50%. The instructions & drawings were in tiny print and only illustrated 3 or 4 steps. They give you an allen wrench (hex key) that can only make 1/2 a turn at a time because of obstructions like the inside side of the sofa. With about 50 screws, this is a nightmare. So get yourself a screw driver with an allen wrench head and save your sanity. The whole process (forgetting the missing foot) took me about 3 hours with a allen wrench screw driver. I'm not that handy anymore, but still, 3 hours? The fit & finish was very so so. Some times, I didn't know if I needed force parts together. Nothing quite lined up. The instructions recommend that you don't tighten all the screws until all of them are in place - good idea. Think tightening lug nuts when you change a tire. Having said this, the price is pretty good for what this is. I wish the seat was a little higher and the cushions were thicker but it gets the job done and at quite a reasonable price. The chairs don't show any signs of wear (I keep finding bits of material that is the woven "wicker" around here and there. I don't see any places where it could have come from. The aluminum bases are pretty cheap (and cheap looking) but the seats hold up well. The cushions are pretty good, water resistant, and seem to do well with being contorted while in storage. I do take them up in the winter (Nov-Apr) and we don't leave the cushions out in the rain (we purchased a storage device). In the winter the chairs and cushions go to the basement. The cushions aren't super comfortable but they're not super uncomfortable either. The set still looks good and doesn't show any signs of fade after 1 full year of use (nor does the blue fabric on cushions). This is with direct sunlight from about 6-8am to 2pm. I like the modular design of it and being able to move the ends around and clip various chairs to each other, if need be. Works nicely in our basement as a different design than what we have outside. Product is not very comfortable. Rather expensive for what it is. Not very easy to assemble. Customer service is full of dishonest people waited months to receive order when told weeks and strung along. Would not but from again.

I love this sectional. It's very light , easy to move by myself and the cushion is nice and thick so it’s very comfortable. Would reccomend this to everyone.
