The media could not be loaded. As many folks are reluctant to buy furniture online, I was too; however, upon reading the many reviews and speaking with the seller I decided to give it a try. The furniture came through Fedex (fast) and the boxes were in good shape. Initially I came across several broken pieces but be assured that the seller 100% stands behind their products. He quickly shipped the replacements. We assembled the furniture in about 3 hours due to some initial learning curve but the assemble is very straight forward once you assemble one seat. I would like to mention that, as many as concerned about the seat thickness and comfort, the cushions are good 5-6 inches thick and very comfortable (5 stars). Also, the seats are pretty wide (26 inches) which provides ample of space to everyone. This was a major requirement for us since the hard and/or thin cushions would ruin the gazebo experience. This set has a unique hand rest (~8 inches wide) which is so much convenient to place the drinks and some small food items. Wide arm rests look grand and has an elegant feel. We are going to use the back side of the hand rests for wireless pads to charge iphone (5 stars). I think every patio furniture should have this option as standard since it’s so practical to have one. Overall, this is a very decent set of furniture with good cushions and fair pricing. The seller is responsive and stands behind their products (5 stars). This furniture is definitely worth buying.

Very good product. Sturdy and cushions are also 3-4inch & firm. Overall best buy. Assemble / Installation: easy instructions despite took long time as I'd 14 Pcs set. Felt small 4 inch screwdriver with hex bit would have made installation easy & faster, as L angular bit provided with pkg. is not helped much, at least for me!

This furniture came in several boxes over a few days time. It was easy to put together, the instructions were pretty clear and all the pieces were neatly packed, and all of the screws were labeled and numbered. I hate putting stuff together but for the price and the sectional being so big I figured it was worth it. Quality materials, sturdy and beautiful. I would definitely buy from this company again, I’m over the moi. At how beautiful it is.

I took several weeks to research all the various outdoor sectionals, wading through all the reviews and asking several questions to the seller. There were a few other products competing for my purchase, but this set won out. All three boxes were delivered within 7 days of my purchase date. Please be aware that the boxes don’t come all on the same day. The instructions were fairly easy to follow and the materials to assemble were nicely packaged and easy to identify. It took about 3.5 hours to carefully assemble the entire set. Everything came as expected and the quality was better than I anticipated. The set had some issues but nothing that detracted from the end result: 1) metal screws didn’t go in all the way and were partially visible along the front corner, 2) a couple of areas where the wicker was discolored, 3) the coffee table sides had to be adjusted several times so the glass would fit inside the surround, and 4) one chair bottom had the Velcro strips installed on the wrong side. However, despite the minor issues noted, I am very satisfied with the set so far. The seat and back cushions are a lot denser than I expected which I like. This seller has incorporated many great things into this set like ties for the back cushions, Velcro for the seat cushions and clips to keep the pieces together. I’d recommend this outdoor furniture set.

As for the quality of the furniture, it’s perfectly fine. Instructions are a little confusing. It looks great and is more comfortable that we expect. Pleasantly surprised there. Only reason we are giving it four stars, is for the few flaws in ours that we noticed. There was a bit of an issue with our experience with delivery of the set. The four star rating is on the quality of the furniture, not based off the delivery confusion. We ordered the 7 piece set with fire-pit. We only received the Fire-pit , nothing else and it was marked as “Delivered”. This order was obviously going to be more than one box. As a customer it’s a bit worrisome so see it as “delivered” when only one piece arrived. Having no way to track the rest, lead us to think it was an incomplete delivery. Because we couldn’t contact the seller, we submitted a return request and ordered another set from another seller. Only to have the rest of this one arrive over the span of three days. Totally understand, but with the price tag it had us a little freaked out. It should be noted too that there is no pick up option if we had to return.

I love the vibrant color and the water just beads up when it rain. I had someone cut a piece of board to put under the fire pit so that I could place glassware on top and also so the water doesn’t pool up when it rains. The fire pit is beautiful at night and put out some nice heat. The company was great in helping me find replacement cushions covers and they sent me the rest when I didn’t have enough for my ten piece furniture. The umbrella was a gift from someone. Oh, and the cushions don’t sink in when you sit down they are firm but not hard. I had this patio furniture for 10 months now and everyone always complements how beautiful it looks. I had someone put it together for me and it took him three hours by himself, he said that it wasn’t bad but he’s a handyman. This company is awesome to work with and has great customer service support. Thank you for everything.
