This product arrived in three days! There were four boxes that arrived and each box came with easy to read instructions. The fabric on this set is exuberant and looks even better in person than online. The product is comfy and looks like it costs a lot more than we paid for it. We have ample seating for a large party or outdoor event. The product can be assembled with one person but definitely goes a lot faster with two people. With one person I would say takes three - 4 hours to assemble and with one person takes Approximately 2 hours. This furniture is versatile and can be arranged in many ways! We are VERY happy with our purchase and after searching for weeks for something like this..... nothing fulfilled our needs like this furniture did especially at this price. It rained a day after we put it outside and the fabric is completely water resistant and it held up beautifully and once it dried there were no water marks or streaks etc. I did a lot of research for outdoor furniture and I am very impressed with this outdoor set. ... show more

Positive: Looks great, thick cushions, versatility for a different design, easy to assemble, price is awesome. Negatives: These negatives are not that big of a deal. Cushions slide very easily. We put heavy duty Velcro on. The Jury is still out whether it will stick to the cushions after it gets warmer. Suction cups for the glass table top are a joke. Use the heavy duty Velcro on the 4 corners instead of the suction cups. No biggie. Throw pillows are just okay. I wouldn’t want to lay my face on them for a nap. Assembly Tips: You just need to work smarter, not harder. Tip 1: They send you allen wrenches to assemble. Unless you just want your fingers and wrists to hurt, use/buy bits to fit into a hand tool. You can get a variety set pretty cheap. Plus you can use it for future projects. You can use a power drill. But I’ll warn you...be very careful not to over tighten and damage your furniture or strip threads. Tip 2: Get at least 2 people. 1 person can do this. But it will take much longer. Have 1 person read directions, get screws and washers together, and hold pieces together, while the other person uses the tool to tighten down. Tip 3: You get clips to hold the pieces together. These do not just snap on easily. Which is a good thing. Because once you put them on, they are NOT coming off! WEAR GLOVES! Turn the pieces upside down. Put one side on and slide in a heavy duty set of needle nose pliers on the other side. Pry out and push down with your opposite hand (palm and thumb). Snap into place. If you connect the pieces in an L shape: Connect each section so you have 2 total pieces. Meaning, two long “couches”. Notice the corner piece is in the upper right corner of my picture. I connected it to the piece on the right. Then, flip the piece on the right on it’s side. Set the other “couch” on top of the corner piece so it’s standing up vertically. Snap the clips on. Ideally, get a 3rd person to help set the entire piece down. Worked great and everything is connected. I do have one question...Since these pieces sit rather low, I would like to raise the entire set up a bit. If anyone has raised theirs up, please suggest what they used and where to get it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. There was nothing to dislike about this set. I received the set earlier than expected. It said 6 to 10 days. I got it in 3 days YAYYY! I was supposed to get 4 boxes, but received 3. Once I noticed the mishap I contacted customer service and they sent it out quick and fast the next day. I would definitely recommend this set to any customer. It is definitely a SHOWSTOPPER🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I even added solar panel lights to the bottom of it to light up the area. This was exactly what we were looking for at a much lower price. So much prettier in person then the Amazon pics. Assembly was easy but does take time. Cushions do move around like other wicker sets.. but thats an easy fix, I think I'm gonna go the velcro route to fix that. Very versatile.. right now I have it arranged as a day bed because my family likes to take naps outside, but when I have company I am able to easily move the ottomans & tables out to make a conversational area that seats 12! The company was great, they always emailed me back quickly with any questions I had. FYI.. I did purchase an additional box that included a corner chair, 2 ottomans & a table, thats why my sectional looks bigger then the Amazon pics. Hope this review was helpful! ... show more
