    • Good design, easy assembly, and great service
Size: φ 32.5 Inch Color: With Wind Glass Shield
This review is of the fire pit assembly, design, and customer service. We ordered the fire pit, it came quickly and I was worried that it would be "cheap" looking for the price, but it was not. It was easy to assemble and for the price, it was really nice and exactly what we were looking for, however, because of restrictions of where to place the gas tank relative to the fire pit, we had to return it because we did not have enough room on our small deck. I was worried the seller would not accept the return but they did without any issues. It really does look as nice as in the seller's photos. I forgot to take photos, sorry. I appreciate good customer service. ... show more

    • Love, but no tank hiding table.
Size: 48 Inch Color: With Wind Glass Shield
Review Image by The Southern Fried Yankee
Ordered this as part of my patio make over. This of course was the 1st to arrive. We've had it a few weeks now. It looks great!!! It was easy to set up, its easy to turn on and off. My only issue is, it does NOT include the side table to hide the ugly propane tank to match. I looked at SO many of these tables and I wanted the longest fire space available for a price I was comfortable with. This fit the bill, I thought it had the table, my mistake. ... show more

Very nice. Good flame. Starts up quickly. Simple to assemble. Just wish cover had a draw string to secure cover from wind.

The fire table is excellent—great quality and it exceeded my expectations. It puts out a strong amount of heat, and I really appreciate that the heat level is adjustable depending on the weather or how close people are sitting. It’s been perfect for outdoor gatherings and adds a nice atmosphere to the space. Definitely a great addition to any patio or backyard setup. ... show more

Box was pretty beat up, and on opening found one corner badly bent. Return instructions from Amazon are basically contact the seller. "Shipping label" was not prepaid, basically DIY. Paid in full, now have to get it back on my own, hope Baide Home will pay for the return and wait to get my money back from them. HUGE hassle. UPDATE: Contacted the seller, Baide Home. They responded the very same day, offered dollars off or replacement. Replacement was shipped with expedited shipping, received in a couple days. Claire on their support team could not possibly have made it any easier. Table is BEAUTIFUL - much nicer than I expected for the price. Highly recommend both the table AND Baide Home. They truly stand behind their products. ... show more

    • Great Firepit - Poor Wind Glass
Size: 48 Inch Color: With Wind Glass Shield
The basic firepit is excellent and very stylish. Don't waste your money on the wind glass. It is flimsy and sits loosely on top of a flat surface with nothing to restrain it from sliding. In my opinion, it is a safety hazard to young children and pets.
