Canopy was easy to install but one of the zipper handles were broken straight out of the box. The canopy attaches on the sides with velcro but not the corners. They have pockets that set on rods, which retract fully when closing so you’ll have to put the corners back in place at every use. The stakes that come with it are useless. A good fart would blow them out of the ground. On the upside, it looks nice when up and has ample space. Good enough for the price I reckon. ... show more

Excellent tent for ball games. I can set up and take down by myself (spread on one pole at an angle). Love the overhang on sides. Everyone at game was asking where I got it. The overhang allows rain to fall, as opposed to forming water pools. It is heavy.

This is my 2nd one...#1 is still standing. I wanted another for home. I love that I can use our tent, screens, and wind curtains frommy 10X10 with it. It's perfect! #1 was set up last spring and left up all summer at our campsite till October. We are on season 2 with it and it is holding fine. I do spray silicone on the canopy as I have with all of ours. It gives that extra protection to stay dry. Update 7/12/2024...canopy is up for another year! ... show more
