Heater worked perfectly when plugged directly into an electrical outlet. But when plugged into an outdoor extension cord, it didn't work? This is very strange. Tried several times. Noticed in the manual it states that the heater cannot be plugged into an extension cord - WHY? I donot know. I don't believe this is stated clearly in their product description here on Amazon. The heater and the stand was not put together, nor was the parts in there to assemble them so I had to go and find parts to go with them and it wasn't easy

I purchased 2 of these for my garage the first sets didn’t turn on at all it was stuck at 23 which I have no idea what that meant I returned them and bought another 2 same thing! So disappointed don’t buy plus Amazon doesn’t care about your time or how inconvenient it is to return them!
