  • 5 Stars for this gazebo!
Color: Wood Looking Size: 10'×12' double roof
After extensive research, we decided to purchase this gazebo to replace our existing soft top. We read all the reviews about the company, their customer service and product quality and felt it would be a good fit for us. We could not be happier. This gazebo far exceeded our expectations. The product quality and elegant design is amazing. We were surprised at how well made it was and how reinforced all the sections were. The company was wonderful to purchase from and all the parts were in the packaging. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The company even reached out after our purchase to make sure we were happy with everything. It is labor intensive to install and you will need at least 2 people, but the directions are easy to follow and the end result is worth it. We receive so many compliments on how beautiful it is. Very happy we purchased this gazebo and would recommend it to anyone looking for one. ... show more

  • Very nice looking and sturdy once assembled.
Color: Gray Size: 10'×12' double roof
I had a gazebo with a metal frame and a cloth top but I kept having to replace the cloth top after several storms. I decided to upgrade to this gazebo based on the reviews and I'm super pleased with my purchase. It's been a year in the weather and everything still looks nice and new -- no rust, no leaks, very sturdy even in high winds. Definitely a nice shady retreat / protection from the sun in hot Southern summers. It takes a hot minute to put it together just because of the sheer number of parts alone. It will definitely go faster with more people, but it's doable alone if you have to go it alone. I was able to do everything by myself (and I'm a 55 year old female) except for attaching the M/N/K assembly to the four footer posts. I probably would have figured out how to do it alone eventually, but I had help at the time so I took it. There were a couple of pieces that had slight bends in them. I made the decision not to ask for replacement parts and it worked out fine. By the end, everything was squared out and bent back to shape. All the holes lined up fine/nothing was mis drilled. The only con to it for me is there is no separate rail or holes that I can use to hang up planters or bird feeders. I hung some planters off the upper outside (as shown in the pic) this year but they don't feel secure so I'll probably take them down. TIPS: >> Get a battery operated driver that you can change out heads on. I spent $17 on mine and it was worth it. >> If you are anchoring to the ground or concrete, you can save that toward the end. (If doing it in planters, set the legs in there, but don't fill to concrete until the end.) I found that I needed to move/realign the legs at a few different points until it was all together and square. Couldn't have done that if it was already anchored. >> Definitely use double-sided tape on the Z, Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4 and some of the S bumpers >> For some reason, the instructions have you putting in T1 and T2 on before you slide the V panels in. Insanity. It went much faster for me to slide in the V panels and then line up and attach the Ts after. They even have videos online of other versions of their gazebo doing this so I'm not sure why this particular one they had it in reverse. >> When sliding the X panels, try both under and over. I kept trying to slide over on X3 and X6...struggling for a long time until I slid under and it went in like a breeze. >> When it's time to screw in the #6s near the top of the gazebo, you can undo the mesh mosquito/bug panels on the inside and reach the screws easily from the inside instead of trying to pretzel yourself across the top of the gazebo on the outside. >> When it's time to screw in the 5s...using a screw driver inserted into a higher or lower hole to line up the panels and keep them in place acts as a spare hand. >> When it's time to screw in the 7s... use double-sided tape to attach the S bumpers from the inside. For an extra set of "hands", I duct taped a small wrench on the inside to hold the nut in place and then could screw the bolts in from the outside, atop the ladder. I totally would buy it again. If I were rich, I'd pay someone to put it together. ... show more

  • Nice gazebo. Fair quality, have friends to help assemble.
Color: Brown Size: 10'×12' double roof
Product arrives in 5 packages that need separate tracking I for so that when one is delivered they are not all marked as delivered. Definitely need a couple of hands to assemble and there are some key stress points that can easily be stripped when screwing it together which takes some not included expertise to resolve. All in all worth the buy. ... show more

  • Great Product and Great Customer Support
Color: Wood Looking Size: 10'×12' double roof
I saw one of my neighbors had something similar on their deck and thought it would be a great solution to sit on my deck in the afternoon and evenings. VA gets very hot in the summer and you need shade and pest protection. I was going to try and put this together myself, but the wife said no way. If I were about 10 years younger wouldn't have been a problem. I will say you need at least two people and three would be better. I was going to send it back because someone quoted me $1,500 to put it together, and will I told Domi the reason I was sending it back they provide some great advice and recommendation for using Handbuddy. We did and it worked out great. The only issue with the installation was the plastic clips that go on the edges of the roof. What a pain. They just kept falling off, so we used tape to hold them in place while the roof was being put together. My only concern was the roof leaking. You never know until you get a lot of rain. Well, two days later it rained all day and not one leak. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the rain hit the metal roof. The mosquito net is perfect. I will probably buy another one next year for our other porch by the basement door. It's well worth the price, one suggestion the manual says is don't tighten everything down until you have the whole system put together. Make sure you do that because it's getting difficult to slide the pieces of the roof into place. Also, Domi direct check in with us every few days to see how we were doing and if we need anything. Great customer service and communication. ... show more

  • Happy with purchase!
Color: Brown Size: 10'×12' double roof
The five stars is for the product, love it! Looks great on our deck, can’t wait to spend our summer enjoying it. The instructions were only pictures however steps were clear and as to what parts to use……worded instructions would have made the process easier for sure. There were a lot of parts and some tedious assembly, like the square rubber things and the roof panels. It took my husband and I about 18 hours to assemble split into 3 days (a three day weekend) and we have put plenty of structures and “things” together. This was by far the most difficult. We each needed a ladder. Just a word of warning this will not fit under the soffit of a single level ranch home if your deck is under 10 and a half feet wide! It was certainly worth the oil though……so far very happy. ... show more

  • Very well built for the money.
Color: Brown Size: 10'×12' double roof
First off the item came and five large boxes, four of them were long and narrow and not nearly as heavy as the fifth box which was the ceiling metal panels that is definitely a two-man lift. I would suggest taking every single piece out of every box to start because there are a lot of numbered pieces. The gazebo will come with four small tools but I would definitely recommend getting a 3 inch, 4mm hex bit for a small driver. There is a lot of screws that have the 4 mm hex everything else can be done with the Allen keys. I think that is the most important thing about putting this together successfully and as quickly as possible. I will also say that the roof panels was really the only hard part of the build and I would recommend following the instructions carefully and leaving the panels loose, maybe putting in a bolt screw combination loosely sporadically from left to right to hold the panels until you go to secure them all. The hardest screw is the center number 10 screw that will go into the top outside into the center frame support. You'll have to line up the rubber bushing and the two panels to successfully even find the hole that it will go into. This is the hardest part. Also when you're finished you'll see an air gap up in the ceiling from the inside and I would definitely recommend caulking that. Do not use the black caulk that the unit comes with it is very small and it won't be enough and I believe that a clear silicone caulk would be best anyways. The the 4 gaps you see ("see photo" of ceiling with white to clear caulk) will need to be filled with a larger bit of caulk than is given with this gazebo. It has not rained yet but I believe that the gutter system will work pretty good and bringing the water to the corners where the water should drain out a dime-size hole at the corner. I thought it was going to go down to post but that's won't be the case. We have a tree that has helicopters and they are filling up the gutter system extremely fast which is not that big of a deal as the worst it would do is clog the tiny hole at the end which I believe anyone can clean out with with ease. And I also could not believe that this entire structure there was only one mar mark on one of the posts and it's aluminum so it won't rust and I just touched it up. ... show more

  • Amazing gazebo, very well thought out design
Color: Brown Size: 10'×12' double roof
This gazebo is a huge upgrade from the soft top one that we had previously. You can really tell that the construction is sturdy in every respect. It took 2-3 people 2 days to assemble- not an easy job but one that we hope has payoff over a number of years of use. There was one small missing part and the maker responded right away to send it out to us, which impressed me. The fact that this has a hardtop roof and a gutter system make it seem like it should last us through lots of bad weather without any issue. So far it held up very well in a few bad and very windy thunderstorms. The sides were thoughtfully constructed with both a mesh screen and solid layer. The solid layer has already come in handy to block the sun at sunset. We may take these sides down in the winter so they don’t get damaged, but haven’t gotten that far yet (we only put it together a few weeks ago). Overall, if you are not planning to build a screened in porch attached to your home, this is a great alternative, which can serve a similar function. We added in a fan and string lights which have made it even more pleasant! ... show more

  • Worth it!
Color: Gray Size: 10'×12' double roof
We have a large deck which gets a lot of hot hot sun. Between the sun and rain it limited our time outside in our favorite place to relax. We read many reviews and ended up choosing the Domi. I am glad we did! We are pretty handy people and it took me and my husband about 10 hours total to complete. The directions were clear with pictures and what items you’d need for each step however some part of them were a little tricky to figure out what direction to place some of the pieces. I felt like we were guessing a few times through the process but ultimately figured it out. The best advice I read that I recommend is to tape the clips on each roof piece. This was a game changer in the installation of the roof and made it much less painful. Beyond that opening all boxes and organizing all pieces prior to starting was extremely helpful! Our order (all 5 boxes) arrived in less than a week. One of the boxes was damaged which left one dent. That piece was still usable and was not going to be visible where we were installing the gazebo. We reached out to the seller and they responded quickly. Offered us a replacement piece or a credit. We took the credit and we’re very pleased with the amount. This seller is fantastic! Bottom line is I HIGHLY recommend this gazebo. It is beautiful! While the build took a long time it was worth it! We sat out in the gazebo in a heavy rain yesterday and it was perfect! ... show more
