The product is made so sturdy. Easy to put together and looks great and perfect for small areas. When arrived I put together right away, and realized the screws and spacers that hold the glass in place was missing. Sent a email to the company rite away. Within a hour got a response. They shipped the parts from China and they arrived in five days. Will buy from them again great company that stands by there products. Thank you Claire for your great response and rushing the parts! This was our second fire table purchase, the first one was just a bit too large for our space. This was a “second choice” but we are very happy we have it now! There was virtually no assembly required, so that was a real plus. The controls on this unit are great - the electronic ignition clicks continually, unlike the first purchase which just clicked once, so getting it to light is a breeze. The glass wind shield rests on secured brackets so there very little chance it can be knocked off the table accidentally. It fits into our space perfectly and gives off just the right amount of heat for our screened patio. So glad we decided to see if there was another option that would work better for us. And Amazon really came through in arranging pick up of the old unit.
