This is a simple fountain to assemble. The assembly instructions are not that detailed so you may have to rely on some common sense to assemble. Just tried it out on our outdoor patio. It looks great and operates as represented. The pump is quiet so it is not heard over the sound of the flowing water. The small accent lights give the fountain a nice glow without being overly bright. Plus they can be adjusted for brightness by twisting them to reflect more light to the bottom of the bowl. The fountain is a little bulky to handle by oneself. It fits easily on a two wheel dolly. Use a couple of bungee cords to hold it on the dolly makes it easy to move around. I just bought a fountain cover to use when on vacation or when not using it frequently. If you live in the Midwest then you know a lot of junk falls off the trees during the mid to late Spring. It’s easier to pull a cover off the fountain when you want to use it rather than cleaning all the tree droppings out of the bowls. A switch to turn it off and on would have been a nice feature. I now will either put a small off/on flip switch that plug into the electrical receptacle or have the outside electrical receptacle connected to an inside wall switch. Flipping on a wall switch before entering the patio to start the fountain is an easier and safer way to turn it off and on.

I really like this fountain. The water fall sounds are great. It looks beautiful in our garden. But, I am constantly filling it with water everyday and sometimes twice a day. The water seems to go in random directions, especially when it is breezy. I slowed down the water flow, which helped a little. I plan to take it down and see if it may have a leak under the main bowl. I wouldn't recommend this for indoors if the water splashes everywhere. Update: I filled the fountain to the top and left it off overnight. The next day the fountain was still full. The good thing is there is no leak. After turning on the pump, I found the water to run along the middle bowl and drip to the back of the fountain. Although the fountain is level, I decided to lean it very slightly forward and put a dab of caulking to stop the water from dripping towards the back.

Easy to assemble although the directions are too simplistic. Also couldn't find video to save time. The top bowl goes on top and feed the hose through to lower bowl back. Attach the hose to the hose splitter all ready inside. (Directions neglect this). This way the pump feeds the middle bowl and top at same time. Also not noted, but common sense....the power supply sits outside the fountain. It is weatherproof, but not Submersible! Fountain is very attractive and looks much more expensive than it was. The lights are very nice, don,t lose the extra bulbs which are nestled in the box in bubble wrap. Almost tossed them with the box. Fast shipping from lamps plus and no discount ;-) I'll try and post video.

I love this fountain and it is a good value. It makes a nice running water background noise in the garden. I also think it is very attractive. The only negative is I have to add water to it daily. I shut it down if I am going to be out of town for more than 24 hours.

The water fountain looks great. Maybe the bottom container is a little small and we need to refill often (every day) in a hot climate. The pump is a different story. After 1.5 months it could barely reach the first of 3 bowls above it. Being an engineer, I took it apart (per manual) and cleaned it. Not a lot of changes. After 2 months we are looking for a replacement. In summary fountain: 4.5 / 5, Pump: 1 / 5. The final rating is due to weakest link. Seller replaced the pump at no charge, so changing the rating to 3/5. Let's see if this one works.

The media could not be loaded. This was easy to set up once we got it level on our sloping patio. We like the large capacity basin as it adds weight that keeps it from tipping over in the high winds we sometimes get in southern Nevada. The capacity also helps in that we get a lot of evaporation with our hot dry desert heat. Will need to fill daily but small price to pay for the enjoyment we get. In video, fountain is on medium and we were getting splashes. We moved it to low with better results. We have hummingbirds flying through waterfall! Will try to get a video of that for sure!

On lowest speed, water splashes everywhere. On medium speed, only a few drops. I had an old railroad tie cut into three sections, and it makes a lovely base for it. LED lights do NOT attract bugs. To keep it clean, cover it with a large(4'x2'x2') dumpster bin bag, when not in use. Or, you can use a tea strainer in the bottom bowl(lower front hole). OR, cover the motor with the foot of old panty hose. I only use distilled water to keep the algae from growing, along with the drops. I only add one gallon per week, and keep it covered when not in use. It is beautiful at night, with a tranquil soothing sound, imho. Just wish is was 50% bigger!
