This is a simple fountain to assemble. The assembly instructions are not that detailed so you may have to rely on some common sense to assemble. Just tried it out on our outdoor patio. It looks great and operates as represented. The pump is quiet so it is not heard over the sound of the flowing water. The small accent lights give the fountain a nice glow without being overly bright. Plus they can be adjusted for brightness by twisting them to reflect more light to the bottom of the bowl. The fountain is a little bulky to handle by oneself. It fits easily on a two wheel dolly. Use a couple of bungee cords to hold it on the dolly makes it easy to move around. I just bought a fountain cover to use when on vacation or when not using it frequently. If you live in the Midwest then you know a lot of junk falls off the trees during the mid to late Spring. It’s easier to pull a cover off the fountain when you want to use it rather than cleaning all the tree droppings out of the bowls. A switch to turn it off and on would have been a nice feature. I now will either put a small off/on flip switch that plug into the electrical receptacle or have the outside electrical receptacle connected to an inside wall switch. Flipping on a wall switch before entering the patio to start the fountain is an easier and safer way to turn it off and on. ... show more

    • Beautiful fountain
I love this fountain and it is a good value. It makes a nice running water background noise in the garden. I also think it is very attractive. The only negative is I have to add water to it daily. I shut it down if I am going to be out of town for more than 24 hours.

    • Watch out for rough edges and fragile connectors
This fountain is very nice looking. The opening at the bottom or the pump is located has very sharp edges and you can easily cut your hands trying to work with the pump or the plumbing. The other thing is the Y connector from the water pump that splits the flow between the upper and lower fountain is very fragile. Mine broke and I had to go to the hardware store to buy replacement T connector to make it happen. In the process of doing this I cut my hand several times on the edges of the rear opening working on this fountain. They should work on smoothing that out before shipping these things because it’s obvious people have to get in there from time to time to work on various things. This fountain does splash water and you should be aware of that before placing it indoors. I did find a solution for that, I took strips of plastic from the large size Ziploc bags and put those in each of the fountain openings the guide the water to the next step without it splattering. Bottom line it’s a beautiful fountain just need to be aware of these caveats. ... show more

    • Wonderful addition to my yard
The fountain is in an area by my front door. It is beautiful both in daylight and especially at night. The sound is perfect and there are 3 levels of adjustment.

Easy to assemble although the directions are too simplistic. Also couldn't find video to save time. The top bowl goes on top and feed the hose through to lower bowl back. Attach the hose to the hose splitter all ready inside. (Directions neglect this). This way the pump feeds the middle bowl and top at same time. Also not noted, but common sense....the power supply sits outside the fountain. It is weatherproof, but not Submersible! Fountain is very attractive and looks much more expensive than it was. The lights are very nice, don,t lose the extra bulbs which are nestled in the box in bubble wrap. Almost tossed them with the box. Fast shipping from lamps plus and no discount ;-) I'll try and post video. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am editing my review, lowering my rating from 4 to 3 stars. I believe it simply is NOT FOR INDOORS. I have tried the adjustments the seller recommended, but it simply splashes small droplets and will wet the floor. I would rate it higher if it were marked "Outdoors Only". Prior review...... "Just got mine today, set it up, and now have it running. Video attached. It does look beautiful, in my home. Still debating on inside versus outside. It is relatively easy to set up. Be sure to look inside the rear of the fountain for the connecting water lines and power connections. At the moment, it is noisier than I would like. I have the bottom container water level high, to lessen the drop of the water. The remaining control is that of the pump speed. The pump is in the tight area in the rear, and not easy to set the pumping volume with the dial. ------ I cannot use this water fountain inside. It simply splashes too much. I have the very hard-to-reach dial set to nearly closed, but the water rate is too high, the noise is too high, and the fountain splashes on the inside floor. The control system for the pump is very poor. It's made to set up outdoors, turn it on, and don't change anything. ... show more
