Outdoor Dog House for Large Dogs, Raised Dog Bed with Removable Waterproof Shade Cover, Portable39"D x 34"W x 41"H This. Is. Big! Bigger than I expected, but very pleased. This is great for any animal, including feral cats, even many can share. I like that this is off the ground, a good 9 inches, and it keeps them cleaner and their body supported well, especially for the elder dogs. I really like the option of the back shade curtain (canopy), so that the animals are covered from the sun, even from the sides. My two older dogs love being on in while I'm gardening. While this is fairly light, it is well made and sturdy. I would suggest not leaving it out in storms, but if you do, something weighted or tent spikes should be used. You could tie it down with an outdoor leash/stake. This portable dog shelter can hold up to 150 pounds, so it's good for most dogs. It's washable, with just a hose or light cleaning with sponge and soapy water. It'll dry fast because of the wicking material. Overall, a great product and the price is comparable to other large dog/cat outdoor shelters. It took about 35 minutes to build, there are a lot of parts. Once built, this isn't something that you can put in a car...if you had a truck, you could transport it to camping, otherwise, wherever you build it, that's where it'll be (you can move it around the yard). ... show more

This outdoor dog tent is a great place for pups to get out of the sun when they’re outside for a while. I like that it gets them up off the ground and has a little give to the platform, which is a little easier on their joints. I wouldn’t suggest this as their only source of shelter as it is made of a frame and cloth, so its lifespan is limited, especially in the summer sun. I do think it’s a great value for what you get and it serves its purpose of giving them someplace to lay when they are done exploring the backyard. It is very light and easy to move from place to place, but that also means you’ll want to secure it in heavy winds. It is waterproof in the same way a tent is waterproof, as long as you don’t touch the sides you stay dry. I like to call it the puppy pergola, because that’s what it looks like to me and it functions in a similar way. ... show more
