Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this set for the low maintenance and potential durability that comes with poly resin. When I opened the box and took out the pieces, it seemed pretty straightforward to put together... that couldn't be farther from the reality... I am still trying to get it together. The instructions are very vague and don't highlight critical techniques or considerations that impact the success of completion... I have put parts of it together and then had to take them apart so many times now that some of the screws don't hold any more... very frustrating!!! update: a piece was mislabeled which added to the confusion. I reached out to the customer service number and was instructed to send a text, instead... so I did... still waiting to for a response. Seller offered a refund or return for bistro set. Since I had already put so much time and energy into trying to get it put together, I decided to look for ways to repair the stripped threads... between super glue and zip ties I finally have successfully completed assembling and will be keeping the set. Took way longer than it needed to and I attribute most of that to the poor instructions. Update: the vendor issued a good faith 30% refund for the inconveniences I experienced with this product. I really appreciated the customer service gesture and would consider future purchases from them. Additionally, I have upped the stars from 2 to 3 as a result.

I would really like to give this 5 stars but the directions and build is not for the faint of heart! It took us a good hour and a half and lots of nope try again. But now that it is together we absolutely love this table very sturdy perfect size for an apartment sized deck. Excellent table set for the price!!
