I like the fountain, the color, the little lights, the sound of water flowing …so I’m going to keep it even though it arrived damaged on the top corner. I had seen another review that showed the same problem, so I knew I was taking a chance. I’m going to have to figure out how to fix that myself. If it had arrived in perfect condition, I would give it five stars.

This fountain is out on our deck. The soothing noise of water is very relaxing to sit and listen to. The look of it is also very nice. Loved it so much, I bought my dad one also.

It didn't look like the picture on the website, There was added like sponge type material in each level to reduce splashing that really looked tacky. The LEDs were too bright. The paint that was used to give it an adobe look starts to melt. The basin had residue in the bottom that must have over sprayed into the well and made a mess of my deck when I tried to move it even after removing most the water. There was some shipping damage that chipped the door entry to the well . Its a great design ..I like what I saw on the website .I really wanted it to work but alas I was frustrated and disappointed in the product overall . Also the sump meter feet were missing.I assume these are made in China then shipped from your warehouse ...maybe a good idea to inspect this one before shipping.

The media could not be loaded. The flowing water sound is very calming and louder than I expected it would be. The fountain is well packaged with styrofoam completely protecting are surfaces. Be aware that there are 2 electrical plugs: 1 is for the fountain motor while the 2nd is for the LED lights. Both cords are about the same length. I have both plugged into a 2-outlet electrical timer so it does not run all night.

The product is absolutely not worth the money. It is poorly constructed. “Sponges” to absorb water and prevent splashing are hanging over edges and therefore visible. The back of the item came chipped. I haven’t even plugged it in yet so hoping it works. Seller was not willing to refund.
