Ok so we received the chair in 2 boxes. The first box came in fine the second box came in and looked like it had been kicked around or something. When we finally put it together we noticed that there were cuts or tears on the side of the chair. No clue if it happened it shipping or what. The heat isn’t vary noticeable, but other than that it does a great job of lifting which I will need after my surgery. The lift remote is easy to use and see, but the other one the colors make it hard to see what settings you are looking at. At the end of the day it’s a good chair. Just inspect your stuff as soon as you get it so you can return it if you have time. ... show more

We just received both of these today!! My sister and I got them for our parents and can I just say, so far, my dad states its more comfortable then his old chair, the heat works great( mom had spinal surgery) . Stated in question section that the lift chair was Medicare Approved. Requested information for Medicare forms after receiving chair from the seller and they stated that it is not Medicare Approved. I purchased chair based on the add information so that I could get partial reimbursement. I feel misled and lied to.
