My babies have used Cantù all their life and we switched because we went to a curl hair professional in Bakersfield ( shout of curly co) who only uses this product and it’s done wonders. My girls hair is so soft after a wash and it’s 1000% worth the money.

I’m not in love, but I like this shampoo well enough. It’s smells really nice, suds up well, and hydrates as it cleans. The fact that it was $15 ON SALE and is only 8.5 ounces seems a bit ridiculous.

I mix a bottle of conditioner with shampoo and refill the bottles. Works great and so easy. My stylist complimented me on how great my hair looks. Less frizzy and looking more silky.

Be aware: This shampoo differs from the salon version, so if you’re like me and bought and love what you got from the salon and decided to get it cheaper and easier from Amazon, it’s a little different. The main ingredients are the same, but on closer inspection, they veer from each other as you go down the list. I’m not sure why Ouidad would do this, if the original formula works. Usually companies will mention that the formula is different. Also, I don’t understand how the salon version (on the left) can be 8.5 oz, and the Amazon version (on the right) can also be 8.5 oz. They are exactly the same width…. Maybe the bottle material itself is thinner?? But that’s a pretty noticeable discrepancy. Anyway, with Amazon products notoriously being pirated by knock-offs, I’m sending this back and driving the half hour to my salon and buying the shampoo that I know is legit. ... show more
