It makes my hair very soft without being weighed down. Doesn’t make my hair oily at all. It smells like roses. The smell is a bit strong for me, but I’m able to tolerate it. I’m just sensitive to smells due to MCAS, so I don’t think I’d buy again only because of the strong smell. But this is a quality product. ... show more

I love that this product made my hair incredibly shiny and smooth. My only complaint is that it has a ton of fragrance. When I put it on my hair, the perfumey smell was almost overwhelming. This conditioner worked wonders for my hair, but I would not recommend it for anyone sensitive to smells.

My hair gets pretty dry from the hard water, this leaves a weird film on my hair. I’ve tired extra rinsing and nothing works. Can hardly get a brush through it when it’s dry after using this. It’s hard to explain but it’s not for me
