If your kid is a sentimental saver of clumps of pet hair and has an affinity for bag clips and charms, then this product is for you. The paw print style is cute and the clear vinyl "windows" allow your kid see and show off the fur specimen in question without anyone having to touch it. These seem to be well constructed with tight seams and no loose threads. There is a snap closure to keep the precious keepsake from falling out. They are available in different multicolor sets which will hopefully coordinate with the color of your pet's fur. The size is small enough that the contents are not obvious unless someone looks closely, which is good because when they do, there will be questions. At $3 apiece these are a good value.

These paw-shaped pet fur holder keychains are TOO CUTE! What a great way to keep a bit of your beloved dog or cat with you at all times. They are about 2.25 in. x 2.50 in. large! Plenty of room for a nice sample of fur. A clear piece of plastic on the front of the paw keeps the fur inside. PLEASE NOTE: Some of the listings for these say they are leather, but THEY ARE NOT real leather, but instead some imitation.

Summary: This item is perfect for a keepsake or memorial of your beloved fur baby. The material is faux leather with a faux soft suede feel on the inside. I really like that it has the soft suede like material on the inside because the artificial leathers tend to crack and flake over time, which would ruin the precious fur on the inside. There is a reason they show you placing the fur inside with a toothpick, because the opening is very small. The snap seems to be quality and secure. It takes a bit of effort to unsnap it, so they fur should stay safely inside. The clear plastic viewing window is nice, although I'm not clear on the scratch resistance. I would recommend this product and would select it again. Pros: - Well made - Inside backing feels like a soft suede - Clear plastic "window" to keep fur inside - Would make a great memorial or keepsake gift Cons: - Misleading on the product material description Star Removal Reasons: One star was removed because they use the words "premium leather" and "high quality leather" when it is artificial leather. You only see that it is actually artificial leather on one of the product pictures.

I ordered this set for my daughter who has 3 dogs, so this set is perfect for her. She can collect their fur and keep it long after they've passed. Each dog will have their own keepsake. And there are clear windows in the paw pads so you can see the contents. She loves this set and they seem very well made. It's a great value for the price.

These paw keychains are really special. I’ll be using one as a memorial to my dog that passed, and it feels like such a thoughtful way to carry a piece of him with me. The colors are nice, the quality feels solid, and the paw shape is clear and cute. Definitely a heartfelt keepsake.

These are so cute and perfect for intended use. The colors were great! I didn't realize that the gray looking one is actually lavender! Pleasantly suprised..the pink is very pastel and pretty, while the black paw looks more elegant. Great value, three per pack and all are packaged individually..great for gifting as well.
