Okay, I never got a chance to actually wear this in pouring rain just a light drizzle, so I decided to test it out with some heavy rain in my shower for a few minutes directly right on my head, now since I was using hot water in the shower you could definitely feel the temperature on the material, but as far as any type of water penetration or anything getting wet it works fine, and for the price you really can't complain, it's lightweight breathable, comes in a real cool winter camo color scheme, who has velcro around the wrist for a tighter fit to make it watertight ,zip up pockets, not to mention it'll keep you warm, I don't think this is a winter jacket but as far as the fall when it's raining and wet outside this will definitely keep you pretty warm, there is a liner on the inside of the jacket which definitely makes a difference as well, but I'm real happy that the extremely amazing price of this product doesn't affect the quality of this product, because usually you get what you pay for, but that's not the case with this product, so if you want to really good quality rain jacket, that has a warm liner, for colder weather, that'll keep you bone dry, especially for riding mountain bikes through the trails when it's raining, this is definitely a good deal, hopefully they'll make some different camouflage patterns, instead of just winter camo, what they need is woodland camo, now upon arrival there's definitely a couple of sewing strings little tidbits that you're going to have to take a lighter and kind of go over and fix yourself because it'll get in the way of the zipper, but it's probably because an assembly sewing machine is selling these jackets on an assembly line, it also has a concealed inside pocket, if you combine this rain coat with a heavy hoodie you're going to be good for the average cold weather conditions, but besides the little threads that are everywhere that you have to technically clean up with like a Bic lighter, this is definitely an excellent jacket, watertight, warm with an interior liner, had an excellent price. ... show more

Great looking jacket. Sharp fit. Flattering. One negative: Although the wrist cuffs can be tightened with the Velcro, since the cuff is not CINCHED (elastic), once tightened it is difficult to pull off over the wrists without having to unfasten the Velcro strap, each time. I suggest that it may not be a problem for others, however other similar jackets do indeed provide both the strap and the elastic cinching, permitting ease of removal. ... show more

I purchased the OTU Men's Lightweight Waterproof Hooded Rain Jacket in Orange, and so far, so good! 👌🏻 🪡 Fit + Finish: I'm 5'10", 195lbs and the LARGE fits me perfectly. The length of the jacket is just below my waist, and the sleeves come right to my wrists, as they should. The zipper action is smooth, and the velcro flaps over the zipper add extra reassurance and additional weather proofing. The velcro adjustments on the sleeves are a nice touch, too. My off-the-rack suit size is a "44 Athletic" for reference. ⛈️ Quality: The color is spot-on to the photos shown in the product pics (at least for the orange variant that I purchased), and the construction seems to be very good. Considering that it has been raining for the past 4 days, I'm pleased to say that the water and wind resistance is very good, if not excellent. I also like that the hood is detachable, so it can be worn as casual jacket when it's not raining. 🧥 Weight + Wearability: I'm in North Carolina, where hurricanes and tropical storms are commonplace, so I was looking for a nice, breathable rain coat that wasn't too thick to wear during those hot summer downpours, and was roomy enough to wear additional layers underneath if necesary -- this OTU jacket is exactly that. 👍🏻 Bottom line: For the money, I feel that this offers a lot of value, style, and most importantly, protection from wind and rain. ... show more

I love this jacket! I like the color and material, and perfectly fits. For less than $40, I should buy more than one. The jacket is running large, I'm 5'10" 152 lbs. I read the size chart size L is too big for me, so I bought size small, my size is L. High recommend.

AWESOME Jacket, kept me dry walking in the rain for an hour. Good quality, Temperature wise recommend for colder weather below 55. Does really well at keeping your heat in on 50 degree cold windy days. Would like to get a second one in another color. Really awesome jacket. The Velcro on the zippers is appreciated to put less stress on the zipper. If you bike with the hoodie above 20 MPH you have to velcro the bottom of the hoodie so the flaps do not hit you in the face from the wind. Once velcro attached all good.
