First off, this comes in multiple sizes and I have it to fit my doorway perfectly. I've had it for over three years now and it has worked fantastically. The dark color prevents it from staining easily and the material is perfect for a doormat. It also protects the floor, the wood under this rug looks almost brand new! It's a bit thinner than expected, but looks like it will stand up to the heavy wear it will get between doorways and keep us from tracking any dirt in from outdoors. Wow, this rug has exceeded my expectations. First of all, the minute I rolled it out and laid it on the floor it laid completely flat, no bumps at all, most importantly in the front where a person could trip. Second, it has a great rubber bottom and doesn’t slip or shift AT ALL. And last, it’s no pile at all, just a softish material. I’m using this carpet in my kitchen cause I can’t stand constantly wiping up water drops off the floor. It fits perfectly, I’m thrilled. ... show more

    • Works extremely well for its purpose
These are excellent for what they are supposed to be. They are essentially runners to be used inside or outside the house made up of indoo/outdoor heavy duty, green carpeting. Keep in mind, however, they are not finished carpeting with edging on them. They are just cut runners with no edging on them. If not fancy indoor outdoor carpet runners to be used in your home or on your deck is what you need then these fit the bill and are well made and worth the price. I bought them to be used as indoor runners in my kitchen so that my dachshund who just had back surgery would stay off the linoleum in my kitchen, which can make their back problem worse. For that purpose, they work wonderfully and I would buy more if needed. He loves being able to be in the kitchen again while I am fixing his dinner. ... show more
