I have used this screen protector for nearly 2 years. Just now my phone slipped out of my grasp and basically shot straight at my car door. Basically as if I threw it at a solid metal surface. It cracked in like 4 places and I peeled it off, showing a 100% clean and crack-free iphone screen. The very bottom of the screen had bubbled up a bit over time but it didnโ€™t really bother me. Works as designed, it broke recently while protecting my iPhone 11 after about 4 months. Awaiting to see if they will honor my warranty that I submitted 10/12/2020. Once I completed my online form for the warranty, prior to completion - a stated asked from my credit card to cover only the cost of shipping of new Otto Alpha glass protector shield. Website leaves you with a screen showing your completed work, after you hit finish. Nothing acknowledges that order completed, and the $6 shipping charge had not come off my credit card yet. Wondering if this completed or is the website a nowhere land of lost warranty submitted, and no honor of warranty. no email confirmation, etc.. ... show more
