I thought thsse chairs were very easy to assemble. They are sturdy and seem to be well made. The bottom cushion is quite firm; I’m hoping it softens a little as it breaks in. These look lovely, the only disappointment for me is the back cushion/pillows were really smashed in the Packing and I hope the wrinkles and creases work their way out to a nicer looking back. I was super nervous about buying furniture online, but I love these chairs!! I’m not sure if anyone else has noticed a lot of furniture stores in their area have stopped selling accent chairs, so I had to find something online- and I’m so glad I did. These chairs are exactly the feel I wanted for my room. They are sturdy and seem well made. I have high hopes that the bottom cushion will last a long while since it’s on the harder side.     • Cannot put together - screw holes are completely misaligned! Return policy is a JOKE!

We had high hopes for this chair based on reviews and the general look. The 41 pound box arrived; we took all the parts out and started assembling. The first two pieces that needed to be put together did NOT even come CLOSE to lining up. A good 1/4" off from where the screw should go from the seat into the back. Then I looked at the return policy! 30 days PLUS 7 days more to get a refund?? NOT IMPRESSED! Amazon; this is not acceptable; the seller should have the same refund policy as any other vendor on this website. The return had nothing to do with just not wanting the chair; it is DEFECTIVE. This chair was to complete a room we were getting ready for company. Now we have an empty space by our couch. I think I'll go to a REAL furniture store and buy a chair that is already assembled! ... show more

I ordered two of these chairs for my living room. I assembled the first one easily right by myself and love it so much. I began unboxing the second one and it was damaged with several places of cracks and breaks. I am still giving this 5 stars because I love the chair and will be receiving a replacement for the damaged chair next week. It was easy to complete the return and have a new chair sent and the damaged one picked up from my house for return. Overall I am happy with these chairs and can’t wait to receive the new one.
