OSI Quad Window, Door & Siding Sealant is an all-season formula designed for superior performance on exterior window, door and siding applications, fiber- cement and vinyl siding, PVC trim, and much more. It can be applied to wet or dry surfaces, even at freezing temperatures and, unlike other sealants, it resists dirt and dust collection, yellowing and water washout. OSI Quad bonds without a primer to most common substrates like cedar, painted or stained woods, fiberglass, vinyl, coated aluminum, steel, metal, brick, masonry and concrete. With resistance to UV and extreme temperatures (20°F to 120°F) and proven wet surface application, OSI Quad is the versatile and durable choice for professional contractors. OSI Quad is self-tooling and once cured is paintable with latex paints. Our color specialists work closely with leading window, door and siding manufacturers to ensure perfect color matches.     • Great for cold weather application!!
We used this to caulk our LP smart side lap siding that we just installed on our house. We did the project in November and into December. The coldest day we caulked was 28° and it cured wonderfully. It is rated at 20° as the lowest application temperature. The cheaper stuff is only rated at 40° so it would not have cured. It is definitely a bit more difficult to work with, but it cures amazingly and if you need to caulk in cold weather, it's your best bet!! ... show more

    • Ordered "Beige 425 " but received "Brown 205 " , Not even close to same color .
The caulk itself seems to be of good initial quality for the price . "Guns " easily and sticks great with minimal sag . I wouldn't want to use a large amount indoors , in an occupied area . Smell is pretty strong and probably not healthy to breath .

    • Cures to the Perfect Consistency
This product hardens to a consistency that I think caulk should be. It has a little flex, but is very tough and sticks well. It's my go to for all outside caulk jobs.
