I guess I poorly (and wrongly) assumed that any tablet that runs on Android was compatible with apps created for Android. Not so. Very disappointed that I get "device incompatible" on many apps.

I purchased this tablet for my senior citizen mother that likes to play games. She had a tablet that would no longer charge, so this is a replacement. I let her set it up herself and I was surprised at how well she did with the setup process. I only had to do a couple of adjustments to the settings to get it to her preferences. It's sturdy and easy to navigate. The touchscreen behaves well and has good sensitivity. The processor is a tiny bit slower than she is used to: the loading screens take just a bit longer to load, but the speed is just fine during the games. The screen could be a bit clearer and higher quality, but it works just fine for the games that mom plays. Overall she likes it and I would consider it a good purchase for the price. ... show more
