iPad Pro arrived sooner than expected and was packed very well. Appearance of item was very good. Only complaint would be that the battery wasn't charged as indicated in the info for it. Also would have been good to have some form of initial user guide, as this is a first for us to use. So far quite pleased, and we also had to upload updated OS. I keep a healthy amount of skepticism when it comes to refurbished electronics in general, but having had a good experience with a refurb HP computer from Amazon, I decided to try my luck again. I have so far been very impressed. After spending a few weeks checking this iPad Pro over, it really has nothing that raises my concern. Other than the fact that I received an iPad that was both wifi and cellular rather than just wifi, nothing has been out of the ordinary. Speakers, charge port, camera, flash, buttons.....everything functions flawlessly. A superb refurbishing job. The fact that this is the first iPad I have owned that has cellular leads me to some important information that I need to share with others that may be considering purchasing this particular iPad Pro model. I do not have cellular service for this device, therefore, it has no SIM card. Upon receiving this iPad and charging it, I proceeded to update to iOS 15.4.1. Everything proceeded smoothly until the update attempted to verify with Apple and became stuck there. I researched the issue and tried several things to rectify it to no avail. I finally stumbled upon a forum of other owners facing the same issue who had found that popping out the SIM tray allowed the update to proceed normally. So I bought this iPad because Back Market screwed me over and had to give me a refund for my iPad Pro 9.7. The problem with the other one was that the battery kept dying very fast. So I was skeptical about buying this one because I was worried I would have the same issue but when the amazon iPad came it looked basically new. I don't know if there is a problem with my chargers or if it's a problem with the iPad but it charges slowly. I've only had it for a day now so I can't say if the battery is as bad as my old iPad. Also, it came a day early than expected so that was nice. It was also wrapped snugly with bubble wrap in a cardboard box fit for an iPad. So far I have no complaints but will update if I find any significant issues. UPDATE: Ive used the iPad for sometime now and the battery is DEFINITELY better than the previous iPad i had. I watched countless youtube videos, used my notes app to write, and played games on it and the iPad was only at around 60% which is pretty good considering my older iPad wouldve had to recharge after all the usage. When i decided to buy this, i was more of the impact issue so i wanted durability and decided to buy a case for it which would have been real perfect but the Battery life? When you power it on, it is between 22-26 minutes then its off, you charge it up to 100% in like 1 hour with the charger that comes with it then power it on again, life is less than 30 minutes when you power it on. I am so glad I made this purchase! I was looking for an art tablet for my daughter, who is pretty hard on electronics (which made it tough to stomach the thought of buying a brand new iPad). The iPad came very well packaged, and was nice and secure in its box and bubble wrap. They included a charger as well. While there were a couple of absolutely tiny scratches on the corner of the screen, and a tiny bit on the body (they are BARELY noticeable), the iPad all together looks almost brand new. It works great - when I received it, it had been factory reset and was ready to go. Even had a little bit of charge on the battery. Additionally, the customer service from the company has been great. They've been very conscientious in making sure that the iPad is working correctly and is satisfactory. I'm so glad I made this purchase!
