Ridiculously tiny ridiculously. This product is so smaller the package to do one small project. Thanks for not expensive, but so disappointing sometimes are too much trouble to go through to return it, although it becomes just principal.

The product did not include an application apparatus or specific instructions on how to properly apply the varnish to our items. Because of this lack of guidance and tools, I would not recommend this product to anyone without prior experience working with varnish. My grandchildren initially assumed the product should be poured directly onto their crafts, and the process ultimately required more steps and time than they anticipated. We had to explain that achieving a proper finish could take up to five days, which was more than they were prepared for. While the application process was difficult, I do want to note that the finished product eventually achieved a high-quality, glossy shine. However, providing clearer instructions or an applicator would significantly improve the user experience for families and beginners.

I just finished a piece of pottery using air-dry clay, so timing worked out well to try this varnish once everything fully cures. When I first received it, the bottle was sealed properly and didn’t leak during shipping. The 100 ml size is on the smaller side, but it feels like a reasonable amount for a few projects depending on how much you use per coat. The liquid itself looks clear in the bottle and has a smooth consistency, not too thick or runny. I did a quick test on a small scrap piece, and it spread evenly without clumping. It dried to a noticeable glossy finish, which is what I was hoping for, and the surface looked more sealed compared to the untreated area. Quality-wise, it seems consistent so far. It didn’t leave streaks when applied carefully, and I didn’t notice any strong or lingering odor while using it. Functionally, it seems straightforward to work with, especially for smaller projects like clay pieces or painted crafts. I haven’t applied it to my finished pottery piece yet since I’m waiting for it to fully dry, but based on the test, I’m expecting it to add a protective layer and give it a more finished look. The size of the bottle should be enough for this project and a few others if used sparingly.
