A true luxury of an item. We did not buy the White Gloves they come and assemble it for you service, although not even sure if it was offered since hubs wanted to put it together. It took a couple of hours but it works well. Be sure to measure your doorways because it comes in very large pieces and on a pallet. The leg massager component can be a bit much but I didn't mind. Other people might.

We ordered the chair 6 months ago and it hasn't worked for 3 of those months. The manufacturer did some trouble shooting with us over the phone after weeks of leaving messages. They diagnosed the problem, sent a tech out, it was the wrong parts needed to fix. We have gone several weeks again with the promise of tech coming with parts to fix and have no word when they arrive to fix the chair. I have a very expensive, very uncomfortable seat taking up my living room until it is repaired or replaced.

Awesome chair. The stretch mode is my favorite.it actually massages not just shakes you around and poke you with hard knows. The only downside is the The back part is a bit hard on you with little padding. I had to put a towel in the back for padding.

Waiting on a response from the chair manufacturer on getting my chair repaired after not quite 4 months of use. The massage mechanism won't move up and down the track anymore. I received the chair on 12/12/24 and everything was fine. Assembly wasn't hard, but it took (3) people to move the main part of the chair upstairs because it was heavy and awkward to handle. I like the look and feel of the chair, and it feels like it is built well. About the only thing I didn't like about this chair is the controller, and the fact that you can't make adjustments in the width, speed, 4D etc. when you are in one of the Auto modes...only when it's in Manual mode. And the fact that it has no memory, so any customizing you do in one manual program will not be there if you change modes to another manual mode, so you have to make all the same adjustments again. I'm hoping the company (Titan Chair LLC) will get back to me right away about when they can have someone fix the chair. If it gets done quickly without any hassles, I will upgrade this rating to a 3 or 4 star.

didn't realize what I was missing in my life. I have been using this every morning and evening as well as other family members. Really very happy with it. I see what others mean about some of the airbags being a little strong, but knowing in advance somehow made it easier to get used to. Wear comfortable pants/socks/long sleeve for sessions.

We are very happy with this chair. It wasn't super easy to get it up the stairs, but we did it with the optional white glove delivery. They were able to get it through my 29.5" doorway and assembled the unit in the upstairs room we place it in. Assembly isn't too hard. Basically, put the leg unit on and the two sides. Connect some air hoses and wire harnesses and tighten a few bolts. The chair does a very good job with massage, in particular the calves and feet. I try to use it for 20 minutes before I go to bed and I sleep better.

The chair fits my medium frame great. I'm five foot eleven, two hundred lbs. I have a Runners smaller shoulders. the feet area is perfect for my size eleven. If you are larger framed with wide shoulders it will be to small! Best to test before you by. I tried nine different chairs from four different manufacturers. The chair is easy to operate, it will leave you relaxed and refreshed! I bought it mainly for my lower body. The foot and calf massage are the best I could find! It does half way down your hamstring. The heated massagers rollers for the neck, back, gluttes, and upper hamstrings is wonderful. Assembly was easy. Overall I'm extremely happy. It was a hard design to buy but now that I use daily it was worth every penny and then some.
