I enjoyed the use of a Human Touch HT-275 massage chair for 15 years until it finally broke down. It was a stylish but basic model so when I began a search for a replacement, I set my sights on a more sophisticated and comfortable design. The chair was expertly delivered on-time, up outdoor entry stairs, into our entry way. It was well protected and our two-person set-up was fast and easy. Right away, there was no doubt I made an excellent choice! I am 5’8” and 155 lbs.; my wife is 5’3” and 120 lbs.; my son-in-law is 6’4” and 230 lbs. All three of us fit nicely and quickly enjoyed the “Demo” mode massage. Since then, I’ve learned the various functions and controls and have found them to be quite intuitive. Some reviewers mentioned the need for more preset modes. Frankly, I don’t see the need as the controls allow for a variety of combinations of massage types and areas, pressures, and speeds. The only need I’ve found is for the footrest to lock in place upon extending the legs rather than relying on the pressure of the legs to keep it in place; a minor annoyance. The chair adjustments and massage functions are amazingly smooth and quiet, a huge improvement over the Human Touch. The massage heads range from the shoulders to the glutes and provide an excellent massage. The chair is replete with shoulder, arm, and feet airbags that apply a good amount of pressure for relief. Per the reviews, the chair is very comfortable and even the little Bluetooth speakers sound okay. Very important, the chair looks great and does not overwhelm the family room décor. The controller doesn’t come with instructions and the rollers are way too intense on my lower back. I’m 25 young and just wanted to treat myself and not worth the price. Seems huge quality material just not that good of a chair

Looks nice hard to move but what really upset me after hearing so much about Osaki is that none of auto programs work hitting M then area is the only way it will begin massage will rtn item
