It came all together, no Allen wrench provided, and no assembly required. Instruction book and cord provided. How to lift: requires 2 fit, or 3 average persons. Chair weight is 175lb, and the most difficult part is getting it up or down steps, due to lack of dedicated carrying handholds. It's easier to carry by the arms rather than the carrying handle on the headback. I wouldn't recommend carrying it by the legs. There's roller wheels on the headback end. My build is around 5'5 175lb. Hubby is 5'9 165 lean muscle. Pros -Hits the glutes well -We have a great dedicated heavy duty foot massager, and the one on the chair is far more pleasant with rollers and finger-like massage. - Great air cushion hugs. Very strong for both me and husband. Cushion squeezes hands. -Kneading is decently strong and adjustable strength, intensity, and width -Recline is great. -Very comfortable -Quality construction -Gorgeous Cons - Lumbar heat is minimal and barely noticible. No knee or calf heat. - Lasts only 15 min, then requires an easy and quick reset. - Husband enjoys a stronger massage and finds the 4000XT to max out at medium to medium strong, rather than strong. -No hamstring massage -Tapping feature is like an adult dribbling a tennis ball on your back rather than heavy tapping that we'd prefer. I would consider this a very comfortable and purpose serving massage chair, but not a replacement for deep massage therapy, the former which gives targets specific regions; meaning the chair is build to help ease tension away after a long day. Take away: Both husband and I enjoy the chair and the features. The massage is quite decent Don't read too much into the cons. It's there if you have extreme preference for features. I fell asleep in it. I will use this every day and it is the best thing since sliced honey wheat bread. I love it and named it Snuggle Puff Omega. Minus 1 star for very subpar heating. ... show more

I ordered a lesser model that was out of stock and received this model as an upgrade. This chair is amazing, I am 6’6 so I’m a little too tall by a few inches but this chair does the job. The only feature it is missing is vibration.

Expensive but good. If you like using these chairs at least a couple of times per week, I would consider it. Pros: massage strength in good, heads feel more natural than in other chairs. We feel that it has the L track, as it massage from head to below your lower back. Chair looks good and, while it needs space, when you recline it it does not need much more space. Like the Bluetooth integration. Air bags provide the right amount of pressure. Cons: for this price, I would have expected more pre-set programs (it has 6, plus a manual mode). I would also have expected being able to set the timer yourself (15 min pre-set, and you cannot change it). Would have like better foot massage. All in all a good chair. Not worth the full price, but if you can find it on sale it could be worth it. Hopefully it lasts many years. ... show more

Bought a cream one. The more I use the more I like it. If the foot rollers were a little stronger and the L track was a 6”-12” longer, this chair would be 5 stars.

My back hurt from carrying the 200lbs pound Beast now I really need a back massage and a Chriopracter maybe a back surgeon The delivery guys left it on my driveway Maybe they would’ve helped me but I wasn’t home when it came so far the chair seams very nice
