Update- I am happy to share that the seller made it right and sent the replacement. Chandelier arrived yesterday and was installed today. Absolutely love it! Highly recommend! Thank you!!! I’m so disappointed. My light just arrived and it is clearly refurbished. Shipping labels are crossed off and was missing light bulbs. To make matters worse a kitchen aid warranty was sent. Really did you think I wouldn’t notice? If you are the seller i requested a replacement and bigger size is suppose to arrive tomorrow and Wednesday. My contractor is scheduled for Thursday. Let’s see how this works out. I’ll keep you updated. Please send NEW product!! ... show more

The light is pretty but you have to tolerate it not being straight. The wire doesn’t hold it properly and is always tilting. Unfortunately it’s more having and expensive to take it down to return. But a different kind

Excellent product seems very well made. Install is straight forward, would recommend some rubber pliers to shorten the chain, aside from that just need to cut the wire cord to length desired. Pretty straightforward install.

    • Won’t hang parallel to table!!—don’t bother!

After a year of trying to get the rectangle to hang straight we have finally given up. It is not tilted to the side, rather turned. We have had a professional try as well with no luck. So now we have a chandelier that hangs angled to one side, instead of parallel to the table. It looks terrible!
