Very happy with this minibike. It's perfect size for 10 year old and still exciting enough for 15 year old. I'm 5'11 210lbs and it handled me fine even though I'm over the weight limit a little. Comes mostly assembled. The instruction book uses photos which are very hard to understand. However Oryxearth has a one and a half minute video available that is much more helpful. Lol. Yes that short video made assembly much easier than the instructions and shows all you need to finish assembly. Less than one hour ez and I'm not mechanically inclined. It's zips along quite fast out of the box. It's rather quiet. Quieter than a lawn mower. I don't foresee the neighbors complaining. You will want something stronger than a bike helmet so I suggest a motorcycle helmet. Probably gloves. (My teen tried a wheelie without telling me and crashed and scraped up his hands. He did cosmetic damage to the bike but the bike handled the mild crash well). You will need oil and gas. Also chain lube. A lot of mini bike forums recommend a zinc oil additive for new engines. It came with 4 different colored sets of stickers I watched many videos and reviews to help decide on this bike over others from similar price point. Happy with my decision and I recommend. Great value for the price.

Received earlier than expected. Came mostly assembled as indicated in description. Sturdy little mini-bike. Good value. Have only had it for a week. Grandson is enjoying riding it. We'll see how it holds up.

Zero complaints on performance. Zero complaints on design. Absolute blast and perfect child starter bike. Can't speak to longevity, four tanks in. Take into consideration shipping cost. Was $100. Arrived with handle bar tubes having paint damage caused by previous off center clamp assembly. Spot of rattle can paint remedied that. No shipping damage, but that was luck. Ships in cardboard box with styro. No wood crating. Explains the honest reviews stating ship damage. Get an angled valve extension or short fit flex line extension for rear tire valve stem. Difficult to access but necessarily so given the limits of the great design cloned for decades. With TLC only real concerns will be longevity of clutch, engine, and availability of replacement parts.

Ordered this bike a few weeks ago and my son & I just got around to assembling it last night with no issues. Everything went together smoothly and the build quality is great for the price. We researched a lot of bikes and pricing as this is my 12 year old son's 1st bike; and so far we are very happy with the OryxEarth bike :) NOTE: it is recommended to add then change the oil (10W-30) after 30 minutes to 1 hour after riding and priming the engine to make sure you flush out any debris or metal grit that might be floating around the engine. We read this in our research and followed the instructions and definitely saw blackened oil and some minor grit during our oil flush. Looking forward to messing around with the governor for some more speed. The bike goes 25 mph right out the box.

Do not buy this bike. After the first month the brakes started to fail, two weeks after that - the throttle cable snapped out of the handle. A week after that the back tire quit turning. I asked for a replacement because my 10 year old was so crazy excited to have it and drove it well and took care of it and kept it under the car port. It’s so frustrating because every time we would fix something another thing would break. I have heard it was a good durable bike and was hoping I just received a bad one but not sure about that.

Got this for my 9 years old birthday One thing to note is there is no suspension, its a rough ride for a 37 yo like myself lol my kid doesnt care It does get up in go for what it is. The kickstand seems cheap. Very low to the ground. It started 3rd pull and ran fine, no leaks. Fast shipping. If you're at all mechanically inclined everything is easy to fix on this, not much to it
