This large arbor reel helps retrieve line faster and holds 200yds of 30# backing plus 8wt forward saltwater fly line with room to spare. Somebody here recommended using Orvis Clearwater line with this Orvis Clearwater reel. They were right! I bought the 6wt WF floating line. First shot out of the box it was like butter. Cut through a windy day, perfect tight loop, accurate, smooth and effortless!!
