The media could not be loaded. The assembly wasn't that crazy, but it wasn't the simplest either. As long as you follow the directions, you'll be up and lasering within an hour for sure! The quality that I've gotten out of this laser has been fantastic! It is my first laser, but I've used others in the past. Right out of the box it was already better quality than any other diode I've used. I've only had it a month and have been able to do everything from picture engravings, custom phone stands, rubber stamps and even stainless steel card engraving. Love this laser and you can't beat the quality for the price!

Missed on 5 stars due to the poor marketing and nuance startup issues. Bought last week. Arrived this week. Easily put together. Low profile was a surprise and purchasing the legs I would consider a hidden charge for basic functionality. WiFi ESP is a mess and rendered itself inop. XY work space is spacious. I made the mistake of ordering through Orturs Amazon store front and not their main page so I didn't get the large discount they have currently. Pay full price and don't receive full functionality is usually a pretty poor business model. Didn't realize that until I had to go to their site to check firmware versioning to try and get the wifi to function to no avail. Pretty rough first impression and poor marketing. I think it'll be a workhorse though as I ramp up its production. The drives and laser are a major upgrade from my long standing "cheap" laser.

I had this laser for 7 weeks and always having powering up problems. The power brick was bad, but because of the company being in collapse, technical personnel told me I'd be better of just buying one from Amazon because the technical and warranty support is currently NOT BEING SUPPORTED! Now, the laser focus is so out that it won't even cut thru a 1/8 inch basswood stock wood. It is now a useless piece of junk, LITERALLY UNUSABLE, with no way to have any dependable technical or warranty support. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. Buy a different brand. I'm sure they will be having to bear a class action law suit and things will not be getting better at Ortur.

I chose this laser engraver after watching MANY reviews attesting to it's quality and ease of assembly and use. I had one hiccup - the air assist was not working but support was very responsive and sent me a new working one. And aside from the engraver, the air assist is also excellent. This is a value combo.

Ortur laser master 3 is a decent machine. Works well. The problem is when something goes wrong or is defective. They deny replacement of damaged part. After my experience I would say buy some other machine.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great beginner laser for those just starting out with laser engraving. The installation is easy. The app and the software are user friendly. The power (20W) is strong to cut acrylic sheet. After receiving it, I couldn't wait to use it to cut my favorite patterns. Really nice, I like it very much. Well done, Ortur!

Compre la maquina de 20W y el accesorio rotador, pensando en poder ocuparla para grabar vasos termicos, los primeros dias de prueba todo bien, puede hacer algunos grabados, pero luego empezo a presentar problemas de wifi, lo pude resolver pero despues la maquina se bloqueo, el riel, el laser estan estaticos, el accesorio rotador ya no giro, la computadora no se puede conectar a la maquina no se que paso, simplemente dejo de funcionar. Trate de enviar correos al soporte tecnico de Ortur directamente, no obtuve respuesta. Realmente triste una maquina que lastimosamente esta en un rincón en el olvido porque no puedo hacerla funcionar. :(

MACHINE ARRIVED USED. NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO BUILD OR USE LASER. TECH SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT AND WHEN THEY DO FINALLY RESPOND, IT IS 12 HOURS OFF FROM US. HAD TO RUN TO HOME DEPOT THREE TIMES FOR MISSING HARDWARE TO EVEN ASSEMBLE. NO CLUE IF I WAS BUILDING IT CORRECTLY OR NOT. FINALLY GAVE UP AFTER NO TECH SUPPORT FOR DAYS. SHIPPED BACK AND PURCHASED AN AMERICAN MADE LASER
