I have a Ortur laser Master 2 pro. The mother board burned in it in less than a year, this laser was used moderately and it was always unreliable, I fought G code errors or the flame detector. I have GOOD good things to say about Ortur I notified them by e-mail and they responded back within a 1/2 hour, they said they had some issues with the mother boards on some units and they expedited me another new mother board. No charge to me at all! While I was waiting I order the Laser Master 3, this one is solid, I start a job and it works perfectly, I am learning to set the power and or speed for the more powerful laser. maybe the mother board on the other laser was causing all my other issues, but the Laser Master 3 is so far very reliable. The original laser wasted lots of wood, The only wood wasted with Laser Master 3 has been my fault. It's a great laser. ... show more

This does not fit a master 2 S2. The bolts hit the mounting plate. I’ll keep it and make it fit for a have the tools of mass destruction to get it done. If it had fit I would have gave it 5 stars.

I had a couple of issues with the product when i first got it, I contacted the seller and they were great, i got an immediate response and they worked with me until i got it working, great company . The product itself is premium metal all around i don't think there are any plastic parts..but it is sturdy and strong, and easy to put together ... show more

Look, I love using the laser. I’ve made some very cool things. But I can’t tell you how many times it dies / stops mid burn & has ruined many of my projects. I’ve lost quite a bit of money in products because of that.

UPDATE: I ordered another to try again based on the great reviews havent even gotten refund for the first one that was returned. First burn and screws are falling out of the laser head while burning.... I cannot even make up gow bad my experience has been with this company.... jesus. ORIGINAL:I waited to setup the laser until I had a spoil board built and ready. Put the laser together (Terrible instructions) and something just was not right it would not burn on ply even at slow speeds. Cuts in 3mm ply took 6 passes at 100% etc. I contacted customer service let them know my return window was closing and needed to know what they thought might be happening they requested some video pictures and too much personal info (drivers license# or tax id#) then told me laser head was no good offering 2 options wait 7 to 10 weeks for replacement or pay for expedited shipping I agreed to pay for expedited shipping and now crickets. Return window closes today and I have gotten no response from anyone at Ortur. I guess I am returning all items I purchased including rotary and air assist and gone with a better brand. ... show more
