Update July 16, 2019: I'm giving the seller their 5 stars back because they responded quickly and are helping me get the issue resolved. Also, I wasn't sure about the warranty but as it turns out there's a 1-year warranty on the doorbell. I certainly can't complain about that! Updated Review July 3, 2019: It WAS great but the push-button remote quit working in less than 5 months. I thought maybe the battery died so I bought brand new Energizer batteries and it still doesn't work. I'm very disappointed because it had worked so well and had lots of options for volume and tune selection. I will give it 5 Stars again when the remote problem is resolved. It really worked great until it didn't. Previous Review: Love it! I bought this in January and now it's almost July. I loved the many different tones to choose from, the volume control, and how easy it was to install. A child could install it! I actually bought extra adhesive and neodymium magnets so that I could attach metal plates to the back of the remote control and to the outside wall and then use the magnets to hold it in place. It works great for easy (but not too easy) removal when it's time to change the battery. The strong magnets keep it in place and doesn't allow it to get knocked off. Also, it has been exposed to all sorts of weather without being damaged. Now, the topic of the battery... I'd advise to buy a GOOD "NEW" SPARE because the one included did not last long even after being used only "maybe" a dozen times (at least I hope it's the battery and not the remote controller). I check it periodically and today it wasn't working. I mainly use it so I don't miss the seldom front door mail deliveries and it's been great so far and will be great again when I get a new battery! I'd definitely recommend this doorbell to anyone because it's economical, durable, and easy to install... not to mention it can be used for various purposes. Thanks for a good product!

This doorbell works amazing! It’s sounds can be changed and the volume too. The first doorbell sound is the best for a kindergarten classroom to keep the distraction to a minimum, but it is very effective.
