I love this binder! I have had many binders and postpartum support wraps and this one is one of my favorites! The material allows for it to be as tight as you want it. Normally there is velcro on two parts and you can only go so far as the velcro allows. There is velcro on the end of one size and it clings very tight on any part of the band. What I love the most is I am able to wear this under my clothing and you can barely notice! It’s also not as long so I can even wear it with mid-drift tops and it doesn’t show from the bottom. This gives me the support I need and it was a great value for the price. If you’re looking for something not as long as the usual binders and something without all the bells and whistles, I recommend it. ... show more

I needed to bind my stomach postpartum from c-section surgery. This is similar to what the hospital gave me to bind my stomach (which worked great). I lost that bind from the hospital, so ordered this one. I have a different bind that can be put on tight, but it's too bulky with all of its straps. I wanted something either the same thing or similar to what the hospital gave me. This bind is a great fit, thin but sturdy material, and is great quality. I didn't give 5 stars bc sometimes the edges (where the bind ends with the velcro) press onto your skin when bending down, so I wish the edges at least were cut rounded or made of softer material. The bind is versatile that you can pull it to be tighter or loose but still give you a bind support for your stomach. ... show more

I have an inflammatory condition, mesenteric panniculitis, which causes me to have frequent general abdominal pain. Not much to do for it other than do things to keep inflammation at bay. However, I noticed by accident that my back support seemed to alleviate the abdominal pain if I had it snug and positioned just right. But a back brace isn't great for daily wear. Then I read on a forum that abdominal binders also help some people's dysautonomic symptoms, which I am also a suspect for. Honestly, I forget to wear it but when I do it really does help with the abdominal discomfort. Best of all, it doesn't dig into me if I position it right and it's very discreet. I can put it on under my normal clothes or between an undershirt and overshirt without anybody thinking I've got a girdle on. It's an inexpensive way to help with any number of applications and is very good quality. ... show more

This is just what I needed to support my abdomen after diverticulitis. It’s perfect for a short-waisted person as it doesn’t dig in to the skin. It’s very easy to adjust so the Velcro doesn’t rub against the skin or attach to clothing. It doesn’t “roll up” like some longer binders do. The price is fair and the delivery was fast. Very disappointed. I used to love the binder but now the small size is longer than it used to be so it doesn’t feel as tight around my waist. I have measured it to the ones I bought before. This used to be my favorite ab binder but now it’s too long and doesn’t feel snug. Not sure why a small would be so long. Please create an x small that is not as long. ... show more
