I love this binder! I have had many binders and postpartum support wraps and this one is one of my favorites! The material allows for it to be as tight as you want it. Normally there is velcro on two parts and you can only go so far as the velcro allows. There is velcro on the end of one size and it clings very tight on any part of the band. What I love the most is I am able to wear this under my clothing and you can barely notice! It’s also not as long so I can even wear it with mid-drift tops and it doesn’t show from the bottom. This gives me the support I need and it was a great value for the price. If you’re looking for something not as long as the usual binders and something without all the bells and whistles, I recommend it.

I recently had abdominal surgery and the hospital sent me home with an abdominal binder that was about 12 inches wide. I'm a bit short waisted, and it was a constant battle to keep that binder in place...it constantly worked it's way up and the plastic "struts" inside it gouged me. Talking with the surgical nurse, she suggested that I look for a narrower binder, and I found this one. I've been wearing it for three weeks now...wish I'd had it from the start. It is much more comfortable, but, it does still ride up sometimes. I really do like it as it is easy to adjust. But, there are a couple of things that I am not as keen on. My original binder was one piece of elasticized fabric and it didn't 'bend". This one is also one piece, but, the fabric is sort of in "channels" which allows it to bend or fold. It's not a big deal, but I would prefer it if it didn't do that. Also, the Velcro "hooks" are sharp! I have to be very careful in placing them as they do scratch my skin. I've been wearing a cotton camisole under the binder and that has solved the scratching problem. Overall, it's been a good purchase. It seems to be very good quality. I'm 5'5" and about 200 pounds and the XL fits me perfectly.

I was pleasantly pleased with the size and material of this . The Velcro was sufficient and held. Hopefully it will continue to be strong enough to hold as I wear this during walking and exercise (walking exercises). Compression is personalized by how tightly you pull the ends. And this is not bulky.
