Why pay more, and is super classy! Is real orthopedic product endorsed by Bob & Brad who are famous EXPERIENCED Physical Therapists on YouTube. This simple $30-something solid masterpiece is ideal to sit in a flat surface that keeps your knees even with your hips ( NOT HIGHER than hips). It then can also keep spine aligned while protecting your lower end from feeling pressure or, for example, speed bumps (but of course, always be WISE & PRACTICAL, cushion or no cushion, and drive slowly over speed bumps to protect residential kids/elderly/animals and yourself with spine or tail issues)! I have one I move around the house, and now one I keep in the car for driving or taking into meetings or restaurants! I may get a 3rd too! Perfect gift as well! Perfect Black classy dark color and soft buttside and NO SLIP underside that grips a nice flat surface! FYI: I learned this works BEST. In a surface the appropriate height for sitting properly, NOT jacked up on s bunch of pillows as then you lose spine protection and can feel pressure in tail. Though, I need a little height so one 2”inch cushion plus my donut seems to work okay, but nig higher, and ideal Is s a chair that puts knees at 90-degree angle ( not too high fir hips or spine and not too low for knees). Test out in s perfectly flat kitchen chair and you can feel the ideal, then test out how you can get that same dojnevfriendly feel in other surfaces/furniture. If it feels uncomfortable then you are adding to either the wrong surface or have put too many squishy pillows under it. It is made to hold its own in basic surface. High quality simplicity!

I am pregnant and have terrible tailbone pain from day 1. I cannot sit in a chair longer than 10 minutes without being in excruciating pain. This pillow helps me a lot and alleviates all the pain while sitting. Its thick and heavy duty. It also does not slip on the chair when sitting on it which is a plus.

When I first sat on it, it hurt my butt. It is very firm and if it doesn't soften up a whole lot I will have to return it. I am only 5', 125 lbs. It may work for a large, heavy person. I have doubts for myself. However, it is high quality, beautifully covered and zipper allows you to launder it. The non-skid is also high quality. I believe it would be durable enough to last a long time.

This has been a lifesaver for me. I am a fine artist. I do alot of sitting and a lot of standing hen i paint. For 16 years the sitting part has taken a toll on my 42 yr old body/ tail bone. when i need to drive or even eating out. I put the pillow in a canvas shoulder bag so i am not carrying around this butt pillow lol. Place it on the seat in the car or the hard flat chairs in restaurants. It has actually helped with pain. To the point i have been using it a few months and when i go out and do not use it i am ok for short periods of time. Which before i was unable to even do short time frames of sitting. The pillow is comfortable. It is soft where it will not bother your legs. But firm to hold up for a very long time. Your hips are sitting on the outer ring of the pillow your tailbone will naturally fall into the hole at center. No pressure on your tailbone. I highly recommend purchasing this pillow. It is high quality. Helps so much!

Got this for a friend recovering from complete knee replacement surgery. Recovery varies but can take several months. When not exercising the afflicted knee he usually set in bed--but this led to a problem of "bedsores" on inconvenient parts of the body and a lot of unwanted pain besides the pain during the surgery recovery period. Anyway, this pillow worked wonderfully in helping to relieve the pain of the bedsores. Very much approved.
