The quality of the tint is great,but the company sent me a sheet that was creased. Not having much experience, I applied it and now it looks like trash. They refuse to send me a new passenger window tint film

Only received about half of the indicated pieces- the 1 piece no slider tint, 3 of 3 of the 3-piece kit for a single slider rear window, and none at all of the 4 piece double slider rear window kit, which is the only one I need. It is good that they are covering all the different options, but it would be nice to get everything I paid for. EDIT 07MAR19: I emailed the company the day I found this out, and they got back to me by 1030 the next morning (yesterday, 06MAR19). They were apologetic and indicated the replacement for the lost piece would be shipped out today and I'll have a tracking number to reflect that. I haven't seen one yet, however it is only 9am so that is understandable. Everyone can make mistakes, it's how we handle them that define us- the same applies to businesses. Upgrading my review from 1 to 3 stars, will upgrade further once I have the kit in hand. I have already installed the extracab popout windows and the front window kits. They fit pretty easily, saving me hours of time (as I am not a professional tint installer, and not able to knock out the templating stage easily). The clearance around the popout bracket is a bit excessive, but if it really bothers me too much I'll just apply some tape in that area- I used 5% on the back windows IAW local laws, so it's plenty dark and electrical tape wouldn't be visible from outside. As it is, the tint serves its purpose well- to keep curious eyes out of the back of my Tacoma.

Surprised the accuracy of the fit. One had a small pinch but since I'm not that great at installing I didn't care. Came out nice, dark and looks pretty good. Any mistakes I made don't really matter on a vehicle over 20 years old to me, even though they were few. Also nice as it's dark enough that prying eyes will have a harder time prying. Will update on longevity.
