Once I figured out *on my own,* how to wrap it, (key is compression to abdomen and sacral area), it was helpful in my recovery from groin injury. Vague instructions directing me to join a Facebook group for support, was not in the least bit helpful.

This is longer than some thigh wraps, and has three straps for more fine-tuned compression. The scar passes under the, “FIT” on the label, so even in this stance there is compression where I want it. I intend using this to reshape a scar after complicated femur surgery, and it fits well all the way from high on my hip to mid-thigh. I use an ace bandage to compress the rest of the scar, and a knee-sparing brace that also reaches about that height and compresses the lower scar; it is much is flatter than the rest of the scar, so compression definitely helps. I look forward to reshaping the upper part of this long scar, which had started getting rounded and sensitive. As a bonus, I am feeling hip support from this brace, too. Well-made! ... show more

Tried 5 different wraps before this one. This one gave the perfect support where I needed it. On my way to recovery now. Don’t use the ones that are one design for both sides or the expensive long ace bandage style wrap. Get the wrap for the specific side

I have a large defect in the fascia of my left thigh, left over from a surgery. It's a large hole in my leg allowing my quad muscles to herniate through the fascia which has caused my IT band and hamstring to try and do all the work of the leg since 2017. In return my leg has severely atrophied and no surgeon or physical therapist has seen this injury before... ever, not even finding any literature on this type of injury. I was using a compression sleeve for awhile and that wasn't helping, I stumbled across this fantastic device and not only has it helped me walk better but I can do my PT better with it on. It seems to be even helping with my back pain and hip pain as well. Definitely recommend for sure! ... show more
