I was hesitant to buy this looking snobbishly at the price. I am used to my Home Theater setup with 13 speakers two of which are 12” Subwoofers. It however turned out that the MSI monitor I bought did not have built in speakers. I will say that being a Gamer most of the time I play with Headphones on. But occasionally I like to play using speakers instead. Amazon is great and stands behind the things they sell, so I thought for about $30 what can I lose other than maybe some time. So I pulled the trigger and ordered the speakers. Well I am amazed at the sound. No this is not concert hall audiophile but compared to most built in monitor speakers they sound terrific at less than the cost of the sales tax I normally would pay for speakers. The voices are clear and the music and gunshots sound pretty darn good. Now to the Cons: First I wish they had included an on off switch as I did not plug the usb power into my PC but instead opted to plug into a power cube and wall outlet. This is no biggy as the outlet is close and I just unplug the power when not in use. Second AI wish they had either put the volume and bass controls on the front of the Subwoofer or instead included a remote to power the unit on and off in addition to controlling the volume. Again this is not a major issue as the sub is small and close by on my desk. So if you need to get an inexpensive set of speakers because you do not like how the ones in your monitor sound, or if your monitor has no speakers and you want to add this feature, then give these little guys a listen you may, like me be surprised at how good they sound.

TL:DR Good bargain, may need extension cables: USB, 3.5mm Stereo, RCA Left and Right. No Bluetooth I had a $20ish bluetooth speaker. it was better than the speaker on the laptop, and sounded better thank the Mac mini under the desk (Work and Home machines), I'm remote. The speaker, randomly would say "Dis-Connected" then "Connected" and annoy my wife. I was going to buy a $50 Logitech Bluetooth system, but tripped onto this. Playing Cannonball by the Breeders ("Check Check") The satellite speakers sounded pretty good when turned the main up, I tuned the bass up afterword. Sub helps I don't think it has a crossover. I don't know if I got it dialed into "transparent" yet... My LG monitor has a line out with volume, get's the sound from the 2 HDMI ports. My Mac sounds awesome, the PC sounds good (PC does volume for keyboard, Mac does it from monitor button, probably cleaner). I put the sub sideways so I can get to the knobs for adjustment, and it's narrower, tossed it under the desk. The wires are SHORT. The satalite speakers have just enough wire to get to the desk (RCA on one end, hardwired on the other). The USB power and sound in are hardwired in a 2 in one wire(seriously?) I didn't' want spit it, so I bought an audio extension cable to route to my monitor on a stand and I can wrap the wire up. I thought I might return it, but It's a keeper.

I bought these speakers to connect to my tablet, which I mostly use for streaming while I fall asleep. Turns out that the tinny sound out of my tablet is a lot better than these speakers. First, the maximum volume is not very loud. Even at maximum volume on the speakers and maximum volume on my tablet, we're talking conversational level at best. Second problem. If the volume is high enough to actually hear anything from the source input, the speakers emit a whiny feedback sort of noise. I tested on different surfaces and different devices, always got the same issue. Third problem is bad design. The volume and bass controls are on the back of the subwoofer, so not easy to adjust unless the sub is always within arm's reach. Overall, bad sound quality and bad design. Don't waste your money. Cough up an extra few bucks and buy something that will actually work.

I was surprised of the sound this thing put out!! I needed something inexpensive for our tv in the bedroom because the built in speakers are so low and sound tinny. These speakers really fill the room! The bass the subwoofer puts out is surprisingly good for its size! Smooth and decent lows (not shake your house low, but low enough) And if positioned right, the satellite speakers tend to throw the sound around, almost like that Dolby Atmos effect. Not as good obviously but for the money it makes watching tv in our bedroom a much better experience. And the good thing is it doesn’t require a power outlet. Just plug in the usb and auxiliary to your tv, set the volume and bass on the sub (I have both of mine at max) then control your main volume from the tv like normal. Can’t remember when I bought these, I’m thinking about a year now? And they still sound great!

The media could not be loaded. First and foremost the problems are no bluetooth, poorly placed volume control for a floor sub, and like many devices nowadays the max volume is a joke unless you use a volume booster. The good: The speaker can bump pretty good if you get the volume sorted, it's simple with 3 cords in total(usb and aux are connected but can be separated) and the biggest appeal is it's low price. For what it costs I would definitely say it worth it. GGs

The clarity of the tweeters are okay for the most part. I did notice it had a humming sound which is mostly quiet especially if you arent directly in front of it while playing music its less noticeable but being upclose while paying close attention you might notice it. As for the bass speaker, it's perfect for a bedroom, and i love being able to separately control the bass. I currently have everything on top of my desk and it's size is really convenient. It was really easy to get everything together just simply connect to a USB input and a AUX. The color & material seem good/standard. Hope this helps.
