It was only a matter of time that a heated vest would be available at a decent price, and here it is! When nothing can keep you warm, this vest will keep you comfortably warm. This vest serves its purpose by keeping the wearer warm. It can fit perfectly under a heavier coat if attending outdoor events, or alone on a chilly day not requiring additional layers. Charge this vest, and you are set for a day of warmth. The higher you turn it on, the shorter the time span, but that makes sense with anything that runs on a charge. This vest is not bulky and comfortable to wear. It has been durable for a couple years and doesn't show any signs of wear. I highly recommend this vest to anyone looking to keep your core warm.

I bought this vest specifically for use as a bartender who works at an outdoor bar in a ski town in Colorado. My days were usually fine until the sun went down and temps go from around 25 to 5(f) or lower. Then, I would freeze as I have no source of external warmth behind the bar and no walls to block the wind. I have not worn it while snowboarding yet, nor while chopping wood or shoveling snow. I already sweat too much doing those activities, but here is what I can tell you so far. I'm usually in that XL-XXL grey area for shirts depending on the company. I'm pretty barrel chested at 5'11" and 235 pounds and have long arms and torso so some companies just dont cut XL right for me. But this XL vest fits me perfectly. It's not too short and the fit around the chest is almost perfect. Even without the battery on the vest is surprisingly warm. It's very light weight and fits under my winter jacket without making me feel restricted. My usual layering with it goes: t-shirt, base thermal, light-medium sweater, then vest. With that layering I dont even wear my jacket for half the day when I'm at medium heat. Then once the sun goes down I throw the jacket on, crank it to high and the only things that suffer are my hands and face. I cannot speak to it's durability yet as I have only been wearing it 1-2 times a week for a month and a half and it's not the busy season yet, but it seems to be holding up well enough. I will say that I clumsily dropped the battery on a cement floor from about 4 feet up and it still works fine. The only real knock I have is the battery life, it only lasts for about 6 of the 8 hours I'm outside if I turn it on immediately. Other than that the front heating zone could go a little higher up the chest. I'll update in april.

I hesitated to buy this vest at first, even when it was on a lightning deal—but after wearing it through a full Kentucky winter, I’d gladly pay full price without hesitation. It’s become my go-to jacket, and I haven’t touched any of my other coats since. I wore it for over three hours outdoors taking Santa photos on one of the coldest days of the season, with temperatures well below zero. Even though it’s just a vest, it kept my core perfectly warm the entire time. The heated pockets were a lifesaver during short breaks, and the warmth it provided made the cold much more manageable. Battery life has been excellent. I’ve used it on long, cold days and have never once had it run out on me. If I had to mention a downside, the neck gets a little too warm for my taste—but wearing a hoodie underneath fixes that easily. My only real regret is not also buying the heated gloves and socks to go with it. This vest is comfortable, dependable, and absolutely ready for real winter conditions. I love it, and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s on the fence.

In my experience with this vest, it works great! The only downside is they don’t give you a charging block. I know everybody has got hundreds of them laying around their house, but this is a big battery and most of those charging blocks are for telephones. I think for the price you pay you should get a charging block.
