Bought this because I could not for the life of me get a steering stabilizer removed from my Jeep XJ. I tried a torch, PB Blaster, BFH and nothing. Used one of the items from this kit and it was off in less than a minute!

Very good starter kit for doing front end work. Used two of the pieces for a Pittman arm and idler arm replacement. Cheaper than piece meal collecting and they look solid. Excellent for occasional use. I would grease the threads before use.

All these pieces were way larger than I thought they would be. Good solid kit, even pre-lubed. Heavy cast metal, screws are nicely cut. Did not work at all for 2011 Kia Sportage lower control arm ball joint. None were small enough to get under where they needed to go, or could not get it lined up anywhere to actually pry. Just wanted to save anyone from purchasing incorrectly as I did. ... show more

After receiving the item, and looking over the different parts, I wasn’t quite satisfied with the way way it looked and some of the flimsy operations of some of the items. It just looked like it would break under usage. I hate returning things especially items I didn’t even have a chance to use. Will look into other brands like OTC or even OEM.
