Seeing that I know how to wire and tune my systems for the price this is a great amp. It’s a midrange amp so of course it’s not going to provide the bass people want but hooked to my 2 1400watt a piece midrange speakers I could blow the coils out of them if I wanted to. Great amp for great price!

Before I say how good this amp is, I want to identify that it is extremely hard to find the “rms ratings” for these amps. This is the really to measure the power of your amp. So like you, I was very skeptical over the cheap price and I really thought my 3500 watt version (which is actually 170 watts rms x 4) would be very distorted and or wouldn’t get loud enough. I replaced a pioneer 125 watt rms X 4, and man what a difference. My music sounded crisper and more alive if that makes any sense. This a class A/B amp and the pioneer was a class fd. It’s so loud that I can’t turn it up all the way as it makes the speakers pop from to much power and bass. I highly recommend this brand and special this amp. Good car audio doesn’t have to be expensive! :) Make sure your wiring is clean as it’s missing the circuitry to clean the input. But just do it right and buy a “rca filter” and it will solve your issue.

Trash ran for 10mins at mid settings and shut off. if you looking for an enjoyable ride with you tunes this is not the amp. I had it for a few months and it completely crapped out on me. I went back to a more respectable brand and bought a MTX thunder amp.

Decent amp for the money. At this price point I would give 5 stars. However the only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it is listed as a 4500 watt amplifier. Look at the fuses and do the math. So while they are quite optimistic about thier output power rating... it is still absolutely plenty for making you deaf. Or better yet, not overdriving it and running a conservative 1200ish watts rms with plenty of headroom and very solid performance. Just run 2 gauge wire so you don't choke it for power, and adequately upgrade your ground and power distribution as you would with any decent install then it will be great. I've had high dollar stuff in my cars in the past. This amplifier is on par with something you'd pay a grand for in 2001. Not top shelf but of very good quality for the price. Not unlike the peak output power claims, the ranges on the filters are not labeled precisely accurate although they do work well. Just tune by ear and pay no attention to the numbers. It will work out better than anything else you will get for less than $200. Overall very good product for the money if you install it correctly and tune it well. I would recommend to anyone looking for a decent quality budget amplifier.
