Coffee has a slight bitter note at first, melding into a smooth caramel-chocolate aftertaste. Beans smell wonderful and have great consistent coloring. Definitely will be being again, plus they threw in a free company sticker.

I ground the beans on a setting of 7 (1-15 range of grinds). The flavor is subtle. Good value for the cost. I do want a shirt and pair of pants with pattern of the Mocha-Java Blend packaging.

This coffee was surprisingly in all the right ways. The beans seemed very fresh and vibrant, not overly roasted. The flavors are unique too - great change of pace. These were used in the espresso machine; will also try in the French press.

Aside from the very good price, this tastes great! I would definitely classify this as a medium roast. It's not too bold like some darker medium roasts.

tastes wildly different from the other coffees I've tasted, very earthy and taste like some sort of plant (grass?). smells very fresh and strong though. I wouldn't recommend unless you are in the mood for something exotic. edit: it tastes MUCH better after letting it sit for a few days, I actually enjoy it now. I recommend you let it sit for awhile if you got it freshly roasted.

Great coffee, excellent quality, rich and smooth flavor. We drink quite a bit of coffee at home and just tried Orinoco for the first time. It will definitely not be our last purchase. Particularly like the Ethiopian and Mocha Java.
