The 9060 model reinterprets the familiar elements of the 99X with a visionary sensibility, inspired by the visibly technological and proudly futuristic aesthetics of the Y2K era. The stabilizers adopted by the 990 have been expanded and used throughout the upper to convey a sense of visible movement, while the wave lines and scaled proportions on a molded midsole place an exaggerated emphasis on the well-known ABZORB and SBS cushioning platforms.

I chose this colorway primarily because it was significantly discounted off of MSRP, but I am very glad I did. The New balance 9060 has been around for a few years now. I think it came out in 2022, but that may be incorrect. The 9060 is a shoe that takes the premium feel and comfort of the legendary 990 and adds a chunky, robust midsole to it. It looks a lot like a Yeezy shoe or similar. This is a clunky lifestyle shoe. I would not use it for running, but it is fine for walking. I think if walking long distance is your goal, the 990 would be better suited for you. If you’re on your feet all day though, then go with the 9060. The stability provided by the crazy-looking sole and midsole help me stay on my feet all day comfortably. If you’re looking for a light, squishy, breathable shoe, then this probably isn’t the right shoe for you. If you’re looking for a serious all-around lifestyle shoe, then I think the 9060 is a contender. I had a pair of 9060 in Cortado/dockside colorway already, and that’s my go to “neutral” shoe. I chose the Spruce/Peach for a fun/colorful option. I’m finding out that it surprisingly is very versatile though. I wea a lot of black and khaki, maybe the occasional colored tee, and this colorway looks fine with all of it. The quality of the shoe is very high. The suede/neubuk is fuzzy and feels premium. The stitching is lined perfectly. I like that the N on the outside is a plastic badge, but the N on the inside is sewn. I really ended up liking the color combo of the green, peach, and blue. I think NB has always made exceptional quality shoes compared to competitors and this is no exception. Fit for me was true to size. I think the 9060 is a pretty good value, especially if you can find discounted colorways like this one. $160 MSRP is a lot for a shoe, but it is 80% the price of the 990 and it has the same DNA as the 990. I think it’s constructed better than almost every competitor it has in this price range. It is a heavy, clunky shoe, but that is synonymous with the quality materials they use and the quality and attention to detail when it comes to manufacturing this shoe. ... show more

The cutest comfiest sneakers. I’ve been dying for a non work pair of sneaks. But they needed to be comfy too just not ugly. And These are comfy and cute. I love them. I was so happy when I saw them on sale.

Amazing, perfect condition. My 9060 shoes came with just the bottom box, not the lid/flap but was in study clear plastic wrap nonetheless. Beautiful shoes, don’t seem to have any wear/tear previously then returned/resold. Would buy again from this seller! (:

I’m only giving it four stars because they sent me the wrong size and right after I purchased it, the price dropped. I was so upset cause I paid way more plus tax cause I had to ship it to Seattle,but everything else was perfect. I love the color. I love the color. I love the color. It’s so gorgeous if you’re not a new balance fan then you might think the shoes is bulky, but it’s perfect. I can’t wait to wear it. I did not like how the packaging came. The box look like it been through World War II and back with a piece of tape on it very unprofessional, but the shoes was OK. You can definitely buy from the seller.
