Description

Lavazza Qualità Rossa is the first pleasure of your day when you find yourself in Italy, and it is enjoyed the world over. The balance of all the essential features of a real coffee is what makes this coffee outstanding. Full-bodied and velvety, this blend has the soul of South America and the heart of Africa. The African robusta beans give body and a chocolate aroma, the natural Arabica from the Brazilian highlands body and mild aroma. Lavazza roasting brings it all together giving the palate a velvety sensation. It is the perfect blend for breakfast because it goes so well with milk and is excellent with bakery products (bread, rusks and biscuits).

    • Great coffee
Flavor Name: Qualita Rossa Size: 35.2 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I liked the taste of this coffee and the good foam. I got the optimal taste with a fine grind and maximum strength of espresso 2 Oz.

    • A taste of Italy
Flavor Name: Qualita Rossa Size: 35.2 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Lavazza is amazing. I lived in Sicily for three years and drank Lavazza every day. I was concerned that buying coffee online would not be as good as I was used to, but this product did not disappoint. The bold flavor is perfect in the morning. I enjoy two to three different types of espresso drinks every day. I have an Italian automatic machine and a standard peculator, and the coffee is great in both. I recommend using this product in a non-stovetop device for an espresso. Lavazza produces a thick crema top that is awesome for espresso. The crema is less dense on the stovetop peculator. In contrast, a stovetop works great for a morning capo. The coffee has a nice flavor on medium heat, and I can use as much espresso as I want. The espresso machine does not allow me to increase the quantity of single or double shots. A double shot is best in a capo. The price is great, and the bag lasts about a month. I recommend using the auto-ship option to save even more money. ... show more

    • Rich, Smooth, and Authentic Italian Flavor!
Flavor Name: Qualita Rossa Size: 35.2 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Lavazza Qualita Rossa is hands down my favorite espresso blend! The beans are roasted to perfection, delivering a full-bodied, smooth espresso with a delightful hint of chocolate. The aroma is intense and fills the kitchen every time I brew a cup. You can really taste the quality and authentic Italian craftsmanship in every sip. It’s perfect for my morning espresso or an afternoon pick-me-up. If you love rich, flavorful coffee, I highly recommend giving this one a try! ... show more

    • Smooth, mild and not at all acidic
Flavor Name: Qualita Rossa Size: 35.2 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Like all Lavazza beans and blends I have tried, Rossa is very smooth, has a nice cremma and fresh aroma. I have not used it to make espresso yet but I have used it make both perked and French Press. Unless I am drinking a Latte, I drink my coffee black and I am still fiddling around with my grind. Because I usually use very dark blend coffees which are bolder; this one is fairly mild for with a 5/10 rating. I haven't got the grind quite right just yet but even so the coffee is never bitter and the under tones are fragrant and very pleasing. Rossa will remain in my "coffee stable" along with the other Lavazza blends I use. It is a keeper for sure. ... show more

    • Good, but inconsistent quality
Flavor Name: Qualita Rossa Size: 35.2 Ounce (Pack of 1)
It's good coffee, especially for the price. But sometimes I get a batch that tastes like I'm sucking down mulch juice. (A woody taste means the beans are too old and shouldn't have been roasted.) I'd chalk it up to a quality control issue, but it's happened a few times now, so... who knows? Maybe I'll switch to a more reliable brand. UPDATE: In hindsight, every other bag of Lavazza has been gross and stale. I have decided to no longer buy this coffee. It's just super unpleasant to open a new bag of coffee and inhale the musty aroma of stale-ass beans. I'm probably gonna gift my leftover Lavazza to a family member whose coffee tastes are questionable anyway. (Sorry, Mom.) I've knocked off a star, leaving this coffee sitting firmly at 3 out of 5. • The most smooth and creamy taste
Flavor Name: Qualita Rossa Size: 35.28 Ounce (Pack of 2)
The most smooth and creamy taste in the middle roast grade. Not bitter and sour as the dark roast. It defiantly fits my personal taste.

    • Great taste... Less bitter
Flavor Name: Qualita Rossa Size: 35.2 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Very Smooth.. no bitter bite at all, but powerful buzz. This is less bitter than Super Crema and really enjoy this one and may be the best so far.. I enjoy this one better than Super Crema and Barista Gran Crema... If you want a more stronger coffee, go with the Super Crema... I you want the same energetic buzz with less bitterness and still has the crema top.. .this is the one for you! ... show more
