Why did you pick this product vs others?: Ground 120g and made one gallon of cold brew. Absolutely delicious after 24 hours I could stop it now but I want to try 48 and 72 hours as well. Honestly better than I was expecting. Tastes like a nice local shops brew, extremely smooth yet bold. Just make sure you have somewhere to store the beans if you get the BIG bag. Is big! UPDATE: This coffee is amazing. My bad for the earlier review. My ratio was way off. I was using way too little water for the amount of ground beans I was using. This is a bold, beautiful and smooth coffee. Be sure to check your ratios for the type of flavor you like. The beans were way too old and brittle - no oils at all. The taste was a bit harsh/bitter for a dark roast. I even made changes to grind size and water temperature to try and bring out the notes that were described. I would highly recommend that the buyer beware. Costly error.

Really good coffee. My wife and I like dark roast with a rich strong flavor. This is a great deal for the cost. We would like a little stronger brew but don’t want to pay double or triple the cost of this fine coffee to get it.
