First off, I don't even know why I am writing this review as coffee is such a personal preference. So much depends on how you prepare your coffee---I can make a great bean taste terrible or a mediocre bean taste decent just by altering grind size, water temp and brew method so this may or may not be helpful. I bought this coffee based on the reviews. I generally drink long blacks and make lattes for my wife. We weren't huge fans of this coffee when used for espresso. The coffee is strong but lacks character when compared to other medium roasts, and might be a good choice for drip or a French press, but I won't be buying it again once I finish the 5 lb bag. At least the coffee arrived fresh. I'll update the review if I end up grinding some beans for a pour-over or AeroPress.
