Needed a travel size mousse, and splurged on Oribe. Now, I am planning on a larger size for home, too. Amazing volume, light scent that is ok. Seems to add some conditioner to my dry hair. Good hold. This mousse is different from others, and I took the time to watch a couple of styling videos.

I have always wanted to try this brand and this mousse. But the price kept me from buying it. I finally decided to try it in a small size. I love this stuff! My hair is fine, flat, short and color treated. I like lots of volume as I curl it with a curling iron. It smells great, a kind of perfume smell that is very pleasant. It didn't take a lot of product, and after I blow dried, I could not believe how shiny my hair was! The curl stayed in and after I used a pick to comb it out, I had super volume!!!!! I looked like I had three times the amount of hair that I have. It was not sticky, not dry, not heavy, and it felt amazing. Yet it caused all that fullness and volume. I will definitely buy this product again!!!!! And in the full size next time!!!! I wished I had bought it sooner! It's so lightweight it feels like you do not have any product on the hair at all. It totally changed the way I fix my hair and how my hair looks. It is worth the price to me. This has done wonders for my hair. ... show more

I must say this took my fine curly hair and made it nice, I mean really nice!! No one believed I had fine hair. I received a sample from either Sephora or Ulta. I made that little bottle last me forever. When I bought the bottle from Amazon, I didn't bother to look at the weight. I was going down a shopping list and had a couple of sites to go to. Silly me. I open a box this was the only thing in it, I'm thinking, WTH! there was paper in the box. I pull out a 2.5 ounce can of Oribe that was $22.00. My BF is cracking up cause he knows what I'm gonna do next. The sample I received was approx. $3.00 and it was 2 ounces. I just said, well I'll use this when I go out and my redkin the other days. What I dislike about it, is that 2.5 oz. is about $24. Hm. Yes, it works, and works well on fine, thin hair...Then again? -There are other hair products that also produce the volume like this (not suppose to mention names!) Though the gradiose new magazine, "New Beauty" does claim a "little goes a long way" and it does. -I just believe one can do better for a lower price and that is why I chose only to get a "sample" of this product. is supposed to be a mousse, but this dispenses as sticky liquid even after shaking can. Product bought from salon works fine.
