Recommended for dry ends. I have fine hair and it works well not to weigh my hair down. I use a half of a dime size amount, so it lasts a long time, like a year. The smell is nice as well unless you are sensitive to fragrance because it can be quite strong at first if you are not use to fragrance. I have gotten use to it and like it now. Great quality.
