I wrote about the shampoo companion already so I won't duplicate, as far as conditioners go, this one holds up. I am on my 4th use and loving how my hair is responding to this product. It is not heavy, smells amazing and holds its condition factor on the hair up to 2-3 days. I would say don't let the cost of this product deter you from buying.
