After I had my son I started using this because it was recommended by a exclusively pumping facebook group I follow. It is by far the best I've tried. It doesn't contain wool like other lanolin products. It's safe for baby if you are breastfeeding as well. I've had cracks,bleeds and bruises and this cream helps heal very quickly. It's also easy to put on and doesn't make your bra stick to you. I'd also use this before pumping as well so my nipple wouldn't hurt and it made my journey so much easier. This nipple butter is necessary when pumping and nursing. My nipples are so sore from nursing, but applying this before makes them feel some relief while pumping. I also apply after to help with the dryness that occurs from so much pumping. I like the texture and scent of this product as well.

I tried several nipple butters and lanolin. This one is the best. Also works nice as a chapstick. New mama tip- rub this stuff on disposable nipple pads and stick in the fridge for some homemade cooling pads :)
